Abstract: Queue length behind the stop line is an important parameter in the model of intersection signal control which is the base of urban traffic control. In this paper, the detection algorithms of queue length by the image information are proposed. At first, the background differential is used to extract the vehicle after the stop line, and then the three regional of the left, straight and right are identified, and finally at the different regions, tail of the vehicles queue is detected based on the change of image sequences gray, so the queue length is measured. The experimental results confirmed the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Abstract: Vehicle segmentation is the key of the traffic video image analysis, the movement state of vehicles can be understudied to get traffic flow parameters. Based on the traffic scene characterized by gradual change, the paper present the background model reconstruction with time-space and self-similarity of background. Video frame image is differenced from background, and binary to get the vehicle template. According to the template, movement vehicle will be segmented from it, the results of the experiment confirmed the effectiveness of algorithm.

Abstract: In view of general impactor whose parameters can’t be adjusted continually in different conditions, a kind of controlled hydraulic impactor is introduced. Its non-linear mathematical model and simulation model are established. In simulation environment, adjusting opening pressure of pilot valve, supply oil volume and charging pressure of accumulator respectively, influences on the working performance are investigated. Simulation results prove that, working principle of controlled hydraulic impactor is available and its impact performance is superior to traditional impactor. This provides theory basis for innovation and production of a new generation impactor.

Abstract: Neural network theory is widely applied to predictive control system because of its superiority in dealing with nonlinearities therein. Meanwhile, various algorithms for neural network predictive control have been put forward..The paper investigates the application of neural network-based control in nonlinear system. Especially, some current important nerual network-based controls are remarked and the developments are prospected.

Abstract: Forward scattering spectrometer probe (FSSP) is one of the most important instruments in the weather modification activities. A prototype of a FSSP for routine observation of cloud droplet was presented in this paper. In this system, a single-mode 685 nm diode laser with single-mode fiber output coupling was used as a transmitter, a square pinhole combining with a 4f optical system were used to obtain homogeneous illumination, the illuminating laser was abandoned by the hole on the 45°reflective mirror, and the depth of field of this system was controlled by a 200 µm pinhole placed on the focal plane of the collecting system. Both the scheme of optical design and the experiments were presented in this paper. The experiments showed, the laser beam was close to flat-top, the illuminating laser can be abandoned efficiently, the scheme of controlling the depth of field was reasonable. Simulation experiments using pinholes of different sizes indicated that the prototype had the ability to detect cloud droplets.

Abstract: Cu-In-2Se powders were synthesized by hydrothermal co-reduction method from CuCl2.2H2O, InCl3.4H2O and SeO2 at 95~200 °C in deionized water. The morphology and phases of the products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) respectively. Experimental results show that, CuInSe2 can be obtained at 120~200 °C, the major phase of the products synthesized at 120~200 °C are all the same. However the noticeable impurity phase In(OH)3 still exists in the product powders. The In(OH)3 phase decreases with the increasing of reacting temperature. The product powder obtained at 200 °C has fine and homogeneous particles with diameters of about 500 nm.

Abstract: The needle bar transverse shifting will likely form the stop mark liked gap on the tufted carpet. This paper proposed the yarn feeding compensation scheme and illustrate implement method in detail. Through analysis the change in yarn feeding path and loop pile forming of carpet tufting machine, construct the mathematical model of length change of yarn feeding in path and usage of loop pile forming while needle bar shifting. According to the mathematical model for yarn feeding compensation, calculate the additional yarn feeding requirement. Base on jacquard control principle, dynamic control the yarn feed actuator to drive the yarn feed roller to delivery additional length yarn, and produce loop pile with predefined pile height, Test result show the compensation is feasible.

Abstract: The e-commerce transaction process customers are most worried about is the security issues. Targeted e-commerce transaction authentication security that prevail in question time synchronization based on a dynamic password authentication technology, and gives a concrete realization of identity authentication process. The main advantage of this technology is a dynamic one-time passwords, and simple operation, transmission using RSA encryption algorithm. Network Time Protocol NTP for time synchronization of standard internet protocols, to solve the difficult problem of time synchronization.

Abstract: Nitrogen-containing nickel-free Fe-18Cr-10Mn-2Mo stainless steel powders were produced by high-energy vibration ball milling under flowing nitrogen atmosphere. It can be found when milling below 4h, the nitrogen contents of the powders tend to be higher level and their particle sizes reduce with increasing the milling time, but when milling beyond 4h, the particle sizes of the powders could not be further refined and the nitrogen contents of the powders increase quite slowly. During high-energy ball milling, there is no new phase formed in the milled powders. The powders milled for 4h, whose nitrogen content is 0.42%, were cold-pressed and sintered under flowing nitrogen atmosphere. The sintered bodies have a ferrite-austenite duplex microstructure, and obtain a relative density as high as 97.2% and a final nitrogen content of 0.38%. The mechanical tensile properties of the sintered bodies are far superior to those of the nitrogen-containing stainless steel prepared by high nitrogen pressure melting technique.
