Abstract:

Lottery scratch-off game is popular in our lives. However, most studies of E-lottery concentrate on the E-lottery that has a purchase period before tombola, few studies focus on E-lottery scratch-off. In the scheme proposed in this paper, lottery sale website and independent third party sort the E-lotteries by the random sort method based on natural enumerative system and encrypt the E-lotteries sorted randomly with pseudo random sequence which is generated by utilizing the combination of discrete logarithm method and chaos mapping method. Random sort method and encryption with pseudo random sequence can prevent lottery sale website, independent third party and lottery player forging legal lotteries. Moreover, lottery sale website and independent third party add identifiers in E-lotteries to prevent repeating fulfillment of bonus.
