Abstract:

This paper studies the production effectiveness of industrial cluster production and recycling production from the dual perspective of the economic and ecological benefits, and put forward a new model of recycling industry cluster which can get the best economic and ecological benefits. It has a great significance on harmonious development of resources, environment and economy.
