Reliability Research on Conventional Submarine Cruising Condition

Article Preview

Abstract:

Cruising condition is the crucial condition for cruising endurance of conventional submarine, therefore, the reliability research on conventional submarine cruising condition(CSCC) is valuable. In this paper, the component of a certain type conventional submarine power system was briefly introduced, and the normal cruising condition circuit diagram and the semi-storage-battery cruising conditon circuit diagram were present. Supposing each failure of component is exponentially distributed and is mutual independence, this paper constructed the reliability model of CSCC based on reliability block diagram(RBD). The experimental result shows that the reliability of the CSCC is greater than 0.7 in 60 months and the armatures are the most important components in the power system under cruising condition.
