Abstract:

With the development of economy, the companies are expanding their new regional markets. In the early stage of expanding new regional markets, the companies are likely to build overseas offices whose performances play an important role in the development of the companies. Based on DEA, the paper discusses the performance evaluation of companies’ overseas offices. We design and construct the evaluation index system of performance of the offices. Finally, we analyze the DEA effectiveness of “A” company overseas offices.
