Study on Triaxial Environment Test Box of Rock in Depth with High Temperature and High Pressure

Article Preview

Abstract:

Exploiting resources in depth needs us knowing about properties of rock in depth. Triaxial environment test box with high temperature and high pressure is core device of equipment of testing properties of rock in depth. The main parameters are confirmed based on special environment of rock in 2000 meters depth in this article. Structural design and calculation of environment test box are completed according to engineering mechanics and machine design. By finite element structural analysis with Pro/E and ANSYS, we obtain contour of displacement and stress, results indicate that boot of bolt head takes place the maximum displacement and stress of upper cylinder body, and sharp angles of inside wall take place stress concentration. These will be theory references for design and manufacture of environment test box with high temperature and high pressure.
