Research on Auto-Grinding Free-Curved-Surface of Molds Based on Fussy Control

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of uneven removal quantity in mold curved surface grinding and improve processing quality of auto-grinding mold, this paper designs an experiment device for free curved surface auto- grinding processing. On the basis of optimizing the parameter of process techniques, this paper presents the design method of variety-pressure auto- grinding free curved surface based on fuzzy control, the results of simulation and experiments show that the method can meet the needs of auto- grinding processing.
