Abstract:

The critical speed is analyzed on critical speed of JP60C vehicles turbocharger with DyRoBeS, Based on the optimum design result, the lightening turbine wheel is casted adopting lost wax casting with rapid prototyping technology (RPT). The dynamic balance test is carried out in the TURBO TECHNICS. The calculation and test results show that the second-order critical speed of lightening rotor decreased compared with original turbocharger, and the working speed of turbocharger still between the second-order critical speed and the third-order critical speed.
