Sonochemical Synthesis and Luminescence Property of YF₃:Eu³⁺ Nanocrystals

Abstract:

Highly uniform and monodisperse comet-likeYF₃:Eu³⁺ nanocrystals has been successfully prepared by a sonochemical method under ambient air without any template. The as-prepared YF₃:Eu³⁺ sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and photoluminescence (PL) spectra.
