Abstract:

The promulgation and implementation of "Urban and Rural Planning Law" has a great legal significance to regulatory detailed planning.However, limitations on compilation and management of regulatory detailed planning in China are not commensurate with its legal status. Summarizing the problem existing in the process of compilation and management of regulatory detailed planning, this paper discusses the management mechanism and compilation of regulatory detailed planning in terms of its upper planning, compilation system, and technology application based on the scientificity and feasibility.
