Discussing the Ideas of Existing Renovation of Parks in the City under the Demand of Disaster Prevention and Reduction

Abstract:

The increasing expansion of the city’s size led to the city’s capacity of disaster prevention and reduction lags far behind economic development capability. By analyzing the current status of major parks in urban area of Zhengzhou, combined with the ideas of park planning and design about disaster prevention, under the guidance of city disaster prevention science, urban planning and landscape design, and other related theories, to discuss the existing renovation of parks in the city and utilizing methods under the demand of disaster prevention and reduction.
