Thoughts and Countermeasures on Adjustment of the Regulatory Detailed Planning

Abstract:

Based on the current situation that the regulatory detailed planning is being adjusted frequently in most cities in China, the contents and problems of the regulatory detailed planning are summarized. Later on, the causes and disadvantages of the regulatory detailed planning alteration are analyzed as well, in terms of urban planning formation, the interests of developers, urban planning management, and etc. In the end, the countermeasures and advice which can promote the effective implementation of urban planning are put forward.
