J-Automatic Welding Robot Software Design

In this paper, according to nuclear reactor pressure vessel for the J-groove type, independent research and development of a special groove in the J-automatic control system program. This paper introduces a PC-based industrial computer as the host operating system and the functional modules are described respectively, by comparison of a variety of robot programming languages​​, ultimately to achieve the goal of the program using the Visual C++ MFC platform. The system has a friendly interface, which can be easily set to display, on-line adjustment and automatic welding for the preservation, through simulation experiment with industrial PC connection to verify that the entire system software design is reasonable, functional and meet the actual needs of production.
