Effect of Binder Materials on Magnetic Properties of Amorphous Fe78Si9B13 Powder Core

Article Preview

Abstract:

The different binder materials and additive amount affected the magnetic permeability, quality factor and losses of amorphous Fe78Si9B13 powder core are studied. The results show that the category and additive amount of binder have strong effects on the magnetic properties of the powder core, in which 2% of epoxy resin binder addition is the best.
