Anti-Hairfalling Finishing of Rabbit Hair Knitted Fabrics

Article Preview

Abstract:

The morphology of rabbit hair and wool were compared, results showed that rabbit hair was more fine and had more medulla component, imply easily to be damaged. Protease and two selfmade resins were used in order to reduce hair drops of rabbit hair knitted fabric in the study. Experiment results showed that the optimal concentration of protease was 1%(o.w.f) and the processing time was 40min. Treatment with two selfmade resins had evidently improve the anti-hairfalling with less damage to fiber, while the dosage of two selfmade resin finishes was 50g/l, the best effects of anti-hairfalling could been gain.
