Research on the Transformation and Upgrading Strategies of Chinese Foreign Trade Apparel Enterprises
After economic crisis, facing various difficulties such as the weakness of overseas market’s needs and the increasing cost pressure, the transformation and upgrading has become the general trends of Chinese textile and apparel foreign trade enterprises. So, products added value, quick reaction capability of the market and risk resistance capacity should be improved by such enterprises through changing development model, transforming target market, optimizing supply chain and cost control, etc.
