Abstract:

In order to measure and evaluate the performance of rural medical supplying chain accurately and objectively and improve the operational efficiency of rural medical supplying chain, this paper analyzed the factors affecting performance of rural medical supplying chain systematically and the characteristics of rural medical supplying chain management by following certain design principles and designed the index system of the performance of rural medical supplying chain and put forward the corresponding application strategy by using of the theoretical ideas of Balanced Scorecard.
