Design of Surface Plates Flatness Detection System Based on Modbus Protocol

Abstract:

The method which is based on industrial fieldbus of Modbus protocol for the surface plates flatness measurement and control system is presented in this paper. The systerm is according to the evaluation rule of diagonal stationing, and uses the evaluation method of minimal conditions principle. The systerm uses SOC system level MCU as the core, and through multi-channel eddy current displacement sensor to collect the data of the flat. PC uses LabVIEW design man-machine interface, and uses the access database technology to realize the collection of the flat data and the management of the history gathering information.The whole system design is simple, function strong stability and high ratio, and has been used on one production line already.
