Abstract: Through analyzing the commonness of mine domain, the paper proposes a composition algorithm of web services based on mine ontology in order to integrate business of mine industries. The paper specially gives the formal description of mine domain ontologies, and proposes the composition algorithm which uses mine domain ontologies. The practice proves that web services composition in certain domain can enhance the efficiency and qulity of services composition. Web services are rapidly changing the landscape of software engineering on account of their outstanding traits, for example big granularity, loose coupling and late-binding mechanisms.Web services selection is the foundation of services composition,and selection methods can be divided into two classes: functional attributes based web services selection method and QoS based web services selection method.The first method is usually used to match single web service and recent literature[1] discusses global function matching problem.Because WSDL lacks semantic information, some scholars[2][3] add semantic information to WSDL in order to increase services matching quality. The second method usually discusses QoS in the global scope,but the selection efficiency and quality are the considered issue. Recent literatures[1][4] add semantic information to QoS attributes ,and literature[2] considers web services selection using the two methods comprehensively. Web services selection usually does not involve certain domain, but the theory and practice of software engineering prove that software reuse in certain domain is easier to succeed. For web services selection based on functional attributes, services selection in certain doamin(for example mine domain) is easier to add semantic information to WSDL because of domain ontology ,and for services selection based on QoS attributes, we can design more appropriate QoS attribute model according to domain requirements. So researching web services selection in certain domain has theoretical and realistic significance. In fact, some literatures begin to research web services selection and composition in certain domain. Literature[3] proposes an intelligent telecommunication service model based on semantic web services according to design the telecommunication service domain ontology, literature[5] discusses web services detection based on oil and gas domain ontology automaticly, and has a good effect. The paper proposes a composition algorithm of web services based on mine domain ontology and the details is organized as follows. Section I gives the formal description of mine domain ontology; Section II is the composition algorithm which bases on mine domain ontology; Section III concludes this paper.

Abstract: Family living environment plays an important role in people’s daily life. But the living environment monitoring system is difficult and complex to wiring, the bulky equipment is difficult to carry and install. As for these problems, this paper puts forward a wireless family living environment monitoring system using radio frequency chip NRF24L01 for 2.4GHz band and C8051F microcontroller, the system’s hardware and software design is discussed in detail. The system uses C8051F microcontroller as the core controller, the wireless transceiver chip NRF24L01 transmits the data acquired by sensors in real-time. The environment information will display on the LCD screen when the center host receives data from wireless extension and the exceeded parameters are alarmed. The system has low power, no wiring and easy to move feature.

Abstract: The target detection feasibility and performance based on the TF energy integration are analyzed in this paper. Assuming the phase of signal is known, the time-frequency(TF) energy signal is got through TF transform, and the energy along the instantaneous frequency(IF) curve is integrated, the TF energy is used for target detection. Analytical and experimental results show that TF energy integration method based the target detection performance increases almost 6dB as compared to non-coherent integration, the advantage of the TF energy integration detection is that the echo signal parameters aren’t needed to be known.

Abstract: Automatic defect detection of light image is very important in optical fiber panel (OFP) research now. In order to achieve detection of shadow defect automatically, proposed a new region growing algorithm. Using gray characteristics and fuzzy connectedness of image, realized automatic seeds selection by first selecting seed window then selecting seed points. Realized region growing algorithm with adaptive threshold by using maximum between-class variance method (OTSU). Proposed one OFP shadow detection evaluation operator, evaluation results showed that algorithm proposed in this paper was more accurate positioning of the shadow, achieved significant reduction in redundant information, and improved segmentation quality of the image effectively.

Abstract: This paper provides a case-based approach for the management system security assessment decision making of power generation enterprises. A case matching method named CBR-Grey is introduced in which Delphi approach and Grey System theory are integrated. Based on this method, we implement a prototype of enterprise assessment information system for the panel of experts. The experimental results based on a real-world power generation enterprises safety assessment data set show that CBRSYS-TPP has high accuracy and systematically performance.

The Design and Implementation of an Enterprise Mobile Information System Based on Internet of Things
Abstract: Traditional monitoring systems with backward equipment and artificial management can’t meet a reliable and effective requirement, especially for coal mine enterprises. As the increasing occurrence of coal mine disasters, the safety management of coal mining has been more and more important. In this paper, we put forward an enterprise mobile information system based on the Internet of Things and mobile internet. With the mobile application developed on J2ME platform, users can monitor the situation of the mine in real time and at any place. The enterprise mobile information system will help to reduce the accidents and improve the level of intelligent monitoring at coal mines.

Abstract: We propose a new image fusion method to fuse the frames of infrared and visual image sequences more effectively. In our method, we introduce an improved salient feature detection algorithm to achieve the saliency map of the original frames. This improved method can detect not only spatially but also temporally salient features using dynamic information of inter-frames. Images are then segmented into target regions and background regions based on saliency distribution. We formulate fusion rules for different regions using a double threshold method and finally fuse the image frames in NSCT multi-scale domain. Comparison of different methods shows that our result is a more effective one to stress salient features of target regions and maintain details of background regions from the original image sequences.

Abstract: JPEG2000 is a new compressed standard of static image, Kakadu is a open source system which can be higher efficiency to realize the algorithm of JPEG2000. This article introduces the codec construction and the compressed stream structure in JPEG2000, analyzes the construction of Kakadu and image compression class in Kakadu, and then carries on application experiments based on JPEG2000 in Kakadu 2.2 platform. Experiments show that the compression of interest image region has higher transfer rate and lower memory compared with the original image, and JPEG2000 has higher compression rate and better visual quality compared with JPEG.

Abstract: In conventional synthetic aperture radar (SAR) systems, the resolution of SAR image is basically constrained by Nyquist sampling rate. It increases the requirement on A/D converter and the capacity of memories with higher resolution requirements. Compressive sensing (CS) is a possible solution to these problems. From the viewpoint of CS, sparse signals can be reconstructed from a small set of their linear measurements. In this paper, we proposed a strategy of SAR based on compressive sensing. Raw data from SAR are processed by the method of CS in the range direction with random convolution matrix as its recovery matrix firstly, and after reconstruction of the range direction the conventional azimuth compression with the use of matched filtering is carried out. The simulation results are given to prove the feasibility of the strategy. Compared to the conventional method, the proposed strategy has lower sidelobes in the range direction. Furthermore, the proposed method also possesses the anti-noise capability to certain extent.

Abstract: Ultra-wideband (UWB) is widely used in low power and low cost applications such as RFIDs. This paper presents a UWB receiver based on energy collection with on-off keying (OOK) modulation. A novel synchronization and detection algorithm using energy offset based scheme is investigated and proposed. This novel synchronization and detection scheme aims at reducing power consumption and simplifying hardware complexity of the UWB receiver. Simulation results and FPGA implementation are given, which reveal that the UWB receiver using proposed scheme can avoid complex and power consuming synchronization blocks, and reduce the preamble length in synchronization process, whereas maintaining performance in the target level.
