Abstract: This study first defined two major problems in the automatic inspection of the inspection machine for injection medicines, which were the inspection results falling beyond the target range resulting in a low performance ratio and a lengthy process of machine parameter adjustments to reach the expected performance ratio. It then performed a manual inspection to determine the existing performance status. During the analysis phase of the study, TRIZ and CBR (case based reasoning) were integrated and used as the manifest tool to inspect and adjust the parameters related to the Knapp test for the purpose of utilizing their ways of systematic thinking to find the relative parameters that might affect the inspection quality, and further to confirm four major parameters through screening by TRIZ and CBR, including the magnification, the bi-qualitative alloplasm of the relative positions of different images, the maximum floating foreign particle lumps and the maximum foreign particle lumps. During the improvement phase of the study, a set of test procedures combining the Taguchi method and analysis of variance was proposed to determine the optimum parameter combination of the major parameters. The validation tests confirmed that the problem solution structure developed in this study could allow the automatic inspection to realize the expected efficiency. This structure could make a significant contribution to the application of the Knapp test in medical automatic inspection systems, and serve as a reference to industries relying on manual production or inspection.

Abstract: This study intended to investigate the effect of integrating RFID information systems into cancer chemotherapy infusion dispensing procedures on the efficiency of patient care. After the ad hoc committee selected the improvement program based on grey multi-attribute decision-making, improvements were made to the information system and infusion dispensing procedures, and relevant professionals fully communicated with one another to apply the RFID information system to the improvement program. After the RFID information system was integrated with the infusion dispensing procedures, the average total operating time for dispensing chemotherapy infusions was reduced from 24.55 minutes to 12.2 minutes, which was a decrease of 50.3%. The objective of requiring less time than the standard (16 minutes) was achieved, verifying that the integration of better RFID information system programs indeed can reduce the time required for providing patients with service. The improvement program can both increase operating efficiency and patient safety, and can be provided as a reference to relevant industries.

Abstract: In this paper input-output pairing is done based on concept of energy. Parseval theorem and cross-covariance samples of input-output are used for estimation of energy. After approximating interaction energy between input and output of the plant, input-output pairing is fulfilled. Through examples, it is illustrated that proposed method is appropriate for input-output pairing. The result is compared with Effective Relative Energy Array (EREA) as another energy based approach for input-output pairing.

Abstract: SVC is incorporated in Newton Raphson method in which Power Flow Solution is a solution of the network under normal operation as well as network contingency, the model of SVC i.e. SVC Susceptance Model is discussed. Newton Raphson Power flow method has been developed for the steady behavior of large complex power systems, it allows the study of power flow under abnormal conditions as well as normal conditions. It is shown that how the system power losses are decreased after incorporating the SVC in this model. It is also shown that how the SVC is useful in network contingency. The results are generated for 5-Bus system.

Abstract: The integration of the wind generator into the grid connected system becomes a challenge. The major problem is to have a dynamic reactive power support along with the controlled real power support from the source. In this paper a control algorithm is proposed to maintain the unity power factor of the source supply with no reactive power support from the source. The static compensator ( STATCOM ) is connected at a point of common coupling (PCC) with a battery energy storage system (BESS).The STATCOM and energy storage is interfaced with wind generating system, supporting the real and reactive power and also maintain the stable voltage at PCC and support the grid. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme relieves the main supply source from the reactive power demand of the load and the induction generator. The reactive power compensation by STATCOM with bang-bang controller with hysteresis based technique maintains the dynamic stability of the grid and matches the operating behavior of grid system. This scheme is simulated with a MATLAB/SIMULINK in power system block set, having interface of induction generator and non-linear load at PCC and performance is evaluated.

Abstract: This study shows a Two-Step method for smooth design of control systems for sustainable homes. First, we select important elements of the standard home on the basis of two factors, material and space, and determine the relationship between these elements and sustainable development. Next, we demonstrate the second step, a sustainability checkup on a home as an object. The results of the sustainability checkup can smoothly identify necessary system components and help to design control laws, which confirms the effectiveness of this method.

Abstract: Based on the fact that public buildings baseline load is hard to predict effectively,a kind of BP neural networks forecasting model based on FCM optimization preprocesses which combines with adjustment factor is proposed. The method which adopts method of the FCM arithmetic divides the complicated historical data into gather of multiple proxy event day populations. Then, based on BP neural network forecasting model regulated by adjustment factor, public buildings baseline load forecasting model is introduced. The prediction results show that the prediction precision of the model is higher than that of linearity model, and it can predict the public buildings baseline load effectively.

Abstract: Trust is an important factor in people’s trading activities, and it is closely related to risk. Trust and risk are the two key factors of Decision-Making. However, existing software behaviors trust research always overlooks the risk. In order to evaluate the credibility of software behaviors more reasonably and accurately, a trust model based on check point behaviors risk evaluation is presented. This model sets check points into software behaviors trajectory, and accumulates every suspected risk check point, then adopts rewarding or punishment mechanism to evaluate a software behaviors trustworthy, which can judge whether software behaviors are credible or not. The simulated experiment shows that this model can distinguish the potential risk effectively in software behaviors, evaluate the risk value trustworthy and provide objective and reliable information to judge whether software behaviors are credible or not.
