Abstract: With the increasing geographic information system development, more technology about GIS was introduced to the mineral industry. Because of the promotion and implementation of "Digital Mine", many mining companies and research institutes started to build large mineral resources management information system. Mineral data has complicated and diversified characteristics, it include Two-Dimensional, Three-Dimensional spatial data, production statements, mining point of information, sampling results etc. This paper introduces a kind of design method that spatial database associated with the attributive data(maps, text, tables, video, etc.) in the server, to establish an systematic mineral resource management information system including GIS functions, mineral data management functions, Web GIS functions.

Abstract: In order to go on a journey conveniently, the STC89C52 SCM is used, one kind of GPS user terminal is designed, it including GM-89 GPS module, communications and transformation connection, control processing electric circuit, display circuit, RS232 exterior serial communication connection and so on. The related hardware welding on the PCB, the software programming After-Burning writes in the SCM, inserts the TFT colored tablet (or 12864 liquid crystals) and outside sets at the type GPS antenna. On the electricity, demonstrated the longitude, latitude, time and altitude above sea level and so on information, after access the internet to consult the local latitude and longitude information to carry on compared to rightly, the result is correct, indicated that has achieved the design requirements.

Abstract: A noise suppression scheme based on semiconductor optical amplifier (SOA) is investigated in this paper. It aims to inhibit the Multiple-Access interference (MAI) which is the major noise in incoherent optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) system. The saturated SOA is employed as optical limiting amplifier here. The performance of proposed MAI suppression system is analyzed theoretically and experimentally.

Abstract: An improved Multi-Exposure image fusion scheme is proposed to fuse visual images for wide range illumination applications. While previous image fusion approaches perform the fusion only concern with local details such as regional contrast and gradient, the proposed algorithm takes global illumination contrast into consideration at the same time; this can extend the dynamic range evidently. Wavelet is used as Multi-Scale analysis tool in intensity fusion. For color fusion, HSI color model and weight map based method is used. The experimental results showed that the proposed fusion scheme has significant advantages in dynamic range, regional contrast and color saturation.

Abstract: "Zero waste" is the eternal pursuit of goals of global manufacturing. But the 2D error analysis has not yet comprehensive and accurate analysis and prediction of product quality information. Comprehensive 3D error analysis and judgments can be obtained through the high-precision 3D data acquisition on part and standard error of alignment for 3D data. According to the error information, the deformation of the part can be measured, traced and predicted, thus to reduce waste generation. 3D error analysis and deformation prediction system is proposed in this article, it has higher reliability and a certain role for the correct evaluation of processing conditions and comprehensive understanding of the process of evaluating the whole production process.

Abstract: This paper introduces multi-model adaptive kalman filter estimation algorithm.Based on the battery thevenin model,the multi-model adaptive kalman filter is applied to the battery SOC(state of charge) estimation, which solute the battery SOC estimation in conditions that the battery model parameters change caused by temperature changing. Simulation results show that compared to the single model kalman filter algorithm, Multi-Model adaptive kalman filter algorithm improves the estimation precision and reliability greatly.

Abstract: For Long-Term energy integration detection, we must conduct echo envelope compensation to correct all targets echo to the same range bin, through MTD or joint Time-Frequency transform complete energy accumulation. Keystone transform is an effective method for range migration compensation, but this algorithm is large amount of calculation against Real-Time processing. We present a method for range migration compensation based on analysis of linear regression, it makes use of the curve fitting for the processing of the migration compensation. We compare the two methods of computational efficiency, linear regression algorithm has better Real-Time process performance, and the effectiveness is conformed by the simulation results.

Abstract: In order to analysis the variation and characteristic of the muddy tidal flat, this article provided the modified sediment transport equation (MSTE). It was proved to be true after verifying the measured data of 2000 and 2007 in the field, and it could be used to simulation calculation the muddy tidal flat. The results of study showed that the slope of the muddy tidal flat was increasing as 0.0020‰ / a from 1987 to 2010. It was eroded slowly, which was lower as 0.021‰ / a of the slope above the department of 0 m contour line. In the meantime, the slope was eroded increased as 0.022‰ / a of the slope below the department of 0 m contour line. It still below the equilibrium state of tidal flat in study area, and the slope would be further eroded steeply. The study results were very important on the protection of muddy tidal flat, and would provide practical reference on management and development in the near future.

Abstract: The problem of Take-Off congestion is studied, and then a new concept is proposed that the double direction Take-Off (DDT) can be adopted in the mode of time division alternatively on ordinary runway to solve the problem effectively. This mode does not violate the runway occupation rule which limits the only one aircraft on the runway at the same time for safety. The wake vortex separation limit is kept also. It will reduce the occupation time and the Take-Off and landing length wasted on runway. The relationship between the rolling distance and the wind speed is considered in relation to the runway length permission. This will lead to significant increase on effectiveness and utility of runway, equally on economic enhancement for aircrafts, airlines and airports.
