Abstract: An application to improve the performance of Multi-Core shared memory based on network processing is described in this paper. In order to get more instructions with address relevancy, the function of chain is applied on the design of SDRAM controller. The application of chain needs to rely on the design of arbitration and command control logic. Firstly, the algorithm of the arbitration is adapted to ensure the function of chain bit. Secondly the command control logic is also optimized to support addressing SDRAM memory efficiently. The verified results show that the efficiency of the SDRAM memory can be improved nearly 47.4% after exploiting more instructions with address relevancy.

Abstract: This paper presents a design of data transmission platform based on LVDS and FPGA technology. It is used for data transmission in Audio and Video teaching system, and we provide 64 terminals. The platform mainly contains two parts, multimedia data transmission card and network switch which are connected by LVDS serializer-deserializer. We use FPGA as the core chips to control data transfer.

Abstract: Along with the development of the science, the communication technology has already developed from the traditional air to the outer space and submarine. So, the UAC is getting more and more attentions from the researchers for its business and military value. However the local hydrology environment and the weather must be considered when the actual UAC experiments are carried and the experimental cost is so expensive that it is hard to carry on enough experiments[1]. What’s more, There isn’t a software that can compare all these algorithms conveniently, although there are many algorithms nowadays for UAC[2]. This paper studies to construct a software which can combine many algorithms and compare them in one unified frame. Also the software can help us design actual experiment system to obtain more valuable data in limited time.

Abstract: Designed the car DVD/GPS integrated navigation system video used ARM11 processor, multi-task on the system structure and operation carried out under the research to orthogonality for software construction and design guideline, orthogonal software system are summarized design ideas and organizational structures and orthogonal software design benefits. It is useful to the practical application of DVD / GPS integrated navigation system software audio construction and design.

Abstract: Water source quality is the crucial factor to determine the safety and reliability of urban water supply, and the effective water quality assessment is the premise for water source conservation. Taking a lake system as an example, firstly, the maximum entropy principle was used to analyze the evolution mechanism of the structural changes of lake system. And the nonlinear coupling between the different subsystems of lake system was also analyzed. Secondly, the Self-Organizing feature map neural network was used to simulate the dynamic evolution process of lake system. Finally, a new assessment model for water source quality was established based on the maximum entropy principle. Through application it found that this model achieved the quantitative evaluation of water source quality effectively, and surmounted the inadequate that the precious water quality assessment methods had to determination the weights of the different water quality indicators subjectively.

Abstract: With the computer software and technology continuously improving, because of various factors influencing, computer engineers are very tough on how to improve the quality of software products, this is a bottleneck problem we must solve. We think that the information engineering combining with the philosophy thought would make engineer’s ideas suddenly enlightened. We find a method and model to solve software engineering problems from the philosophical Angle, and put forward the importance of information philosophy in the study of information engineering by standing at this altitude of the information engineering. As a new field, information philosophy provides a unified, convergence theory frame, it can satisfy the requirement of further specialized.
