Abstract: Is presented in this paper a new image fusion method is proposed. This approach firstly determines the image edge positions based on Canny criteria and in combination with wavelet transform algorithm. Then use the wavelet transform algorithm to Multi-Resolution analysis edge location in sub-pixel level, thus detecting the sub-pixel edge. Experiments of One-Dimension image show that this method is correct and effective.

Abstract: This paper mainly deals with the comparison and selection of several Cast-In-Situ schemes of the continuous box beams in Tianjin Grand Bridge Spanning University Road, which is part of Beijing-Shanghai Express Railway, and puts the emphasis on the construction methods and characteristics of rhombic hanging baskets, Beam-Column supports and full-space supports.

Abstract: A new approach to model the total ionizing dose (TID) induced back channel threshold voltage shift in SOI NMOS transistors was presented. Using a 2D finite element simulation, the trapped charge density in the buried oxide of SOI NMOS resulting from irradiating was analyzed. The model derives from the Radiation-Induced parasitic MOSFET created at the back of the buried oxide . A comparison of the theoretical and experimental results have been obtained for different radiation doses. The agreement between experimental and simulated curves is excellent.

Abstract: The elevator smart security system provides a good method to access the elevator car buttons. It uses contactless smart card to active the car buttons. Only after brushing the authorized card, the car buttons can be selected, so the passenger can take the elevator to his home floor. Visitor can take the elevator via a visitor automatic controller not using card.

Abstract: Workload test aims to the experienced users, with the purpose to investigate that under the Real-Task situations, how many spare resources are in the brain. The emergent maintenance shelter is not up to the grade if that is just enough to complete the main task. The Field-Test methods presented in the paper include virtual Real-Scene Sub-Task test, NASA-TLX scale and subjective workload rating, which are all proved to have good reliability and validity by experiments in the field test.

Abstract: In wireless communication system, the cooperative diversity is a new space diversity mode. Power allocation plan aiming at maximizing the signal-noise-ratio (SNR) for multi-relay cooperative nodes system is discussed. Diversity signals are combined by the maximum ratio at the destination node. The research results show that 1) when the received noise level at destination node is very low, it can be neglected; 2) when the power allocation coefficients are proportional to the square of the channel gains from the source node to the relay nodes, the SNR of system is maximized in the maximum ratio combination model; and 3) When the received noise at destination node cannot be neglected, the power allocation coefficients are correlative to the received noise at destination node, the amplifying coefficients and the fading coefficients. The SNR of system can be enhanced by using the plan compared with traditional equal power allocation plan.

Abstract: Service-Oriented architecture (SOA) has increasingly becoming an architectural evolution as one of the software design principles. This paper proposes an architecture design of an online collaborative agreement signing system based on SOA. The advantages over traditional designs are loose coupling, scalability and flexible combination of services. Web service model of the proposed solution is also described. Electronic seal and digital watermark are discussed as the domain knowledge as well. Sample software based on Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) technology on .NET platform is introduced in the last part of the paper.

Abstract: Based on a questionnaire survey responded by nearly 11000 people in Beijing, from a perspective of livable city, the general characteristics and the spatial autocorrelation of the public transportation satisfaction were analyzed. The overall evaluation of public transportation satisfaction in Beijing is 67.31, indicating that more great efforts should be paid to improve the public transportation satisfaction level in construction of the livable Beijing. The spatial structure of Livable City Public Transportation Satisfaction shows a “hot banding” distribution pattern, accompanying with 3 “cool spots”. To get a better understanding of the spatial pattern of the public transportation satisfaction, we used the Moran’s I and LISA to measure the spatial autocorrelation. The results illustrate that the public evaluation on the public transportation is spatial dependent and has tendency toward clustering. The cluster of areas with High-High association is located in the south of Beijing near Chang’an Avenue, highlighting and reshaping like a hollow circle, while the cluster of areas with Low-Low association is located in northwest Beijing and outside of the 4th ring road. Overall, the LCPTS in the north of Beijing lags obviously behind the overall level. The phenomenon is mainly due to the long-term accumulation of urban development.

Abstract: Pig detection plays an important role in intelligent monitoring system of pigsty. According to the features of piglets acting in a large scope with high frequency, an improved Gaussian mixture background model was proposed for detecting piglets, which improves processing speed by reducing the number of Gaussian functions. Since the sow is confined to the sow limitation crate and its activities’ state is simple within a small range, an skin color look-up table method which was based on characteristics of skin was proposed for detecting the sow. The experimental results demonstrated that the pigs detection methods including an improved mixture Gaussian background model and an skin color Look-Up table method are superior to frame subtraction method, mixture Gaussian background model method and optical flow method.

Abstract: In order to train IT major students to adjust to positions in enterprises, we designed an E-Learning platform. This paper introduces IT graduates top skills and the occupational capabilities of IT graduates which impact enterprises’ choice. In the Design part a flow chart was made to explain how this E-Learning platform was designed and used to train students. Virtual Manager Model is an intelligence system, in which we can experience the real working environment. The Implementation part provides details about the techniques adopted to implement the system, such as XML, GUI and database.
