Abstract: In this paper, a design of high throughput VLSI architecture of MQ-Coder is proposed. Usually, because the regular operation of the MQ-Coder is sequential, the coding speed will be bottlenecked at the interface between the output of the Bit-Plane coding and the input of the MQ-Coder. Therefore, the proposed MQ-Coder architecture can process two symbols for each clock cycle. The main characteristics are the prediction of index, the simplified condition of renormalization, and the partly parallel architecture in renormalization. From synthesis results of the DC tools, using the TSMC 0.18 μm technology library, the frequency can reach 285.4MHz, which is comparable to that of other architectures and suitable for chip implementation.

Abstract: Three-Level detection algorithm is provided to detect low-rate denial of service attacks. The networks abnormities are caught in the first level; In the second level the flooding and low-rate denial of service(DoS) are divided; And then the Low-Rate DoS is detected accurately using frequency transfer method in the third level. Considering the application of networks, Low-Rate DoS attacks are detected and confirmed in Three-Level detection algorithm. Comparing with single level detection method, the most complex procedure is left behind to reduce detecting overhead. The simulation results certificate the feasibility of the algorithm.

Abstract: Location accuracy for low-altitude targets is not well in Short-Baseline system. A program of main station off-center of eight-station arrangement is proposed. Firstly analyses factors influencing the location accuracy for line-of-sight environments. Then researches the relationship between main station position and location performance, put forwards a location method of main station off-center of eight-station by increasing the base-station number and layout of the main station off-center which realizes multiple coverage of monitoring area using the redundant measurement information by main station off-center and more base stations provided. Finally gets the number of base station and optimal disposition way for low-altitude targets in the airport through simulating geometric dilution of precision (GDOP) distribution. Simulation figures and dates show that the main station off-center of eight-station arrangement can be achieved over 95% coverage of the airport for low-altitude targets location.

Abstract: By applying neural networks to forecasting Beijing motor vehicles sold, sequencing the principal factors and analyzing the development trend using connection number and partial connection number of the set pair analysis (SPA), we set up the forecasting model of Beijing motor vehicles sold. The instance analysis shows that it is a scientific and suitable system analyzing method of high forecasting accuracy.

Abstract: Seismic illumination analysis was an effective means of recognizing and studying the energy distributions in the underground geological structure in seismic data acquisition. Effective seismic illumination analysis to a priori targeted-geological model to identify the energy distribution of seismic waves, can apply to seismic analysis and amplitude compensation analysis. To increase the signal to noise ratio and resolution of seismic data when vibrator seismic exploration, it was necessary to strengthen the energy of a certain direction to get the High-Precision imaging and the best illumination of the target areas.Simulation research were done on single source directional illumination seismic technology, with seismic illumination analysis, and the impact of source number, spacing change on directional illumination seismic technology were also analyzed. Simulation results showed that the directional seismic technology could improved SNR of seismic data, and could be used for seismic signal processing.

Abstract: The problem of tracking curves in dense visual clutter is challenging. Kalman filtering is inadequate because it is based on Gaussian densities which, being unimodal, cannot represent simultaneous alternative hypotheses. The PF(Particle Filtering) algorithm uses “sequential importance sampling”, previously applied to the posterior of static signals, in which the probability distribution of possible interpretations is represented by a randomly generated set. PF uses learned “sequential Monte Carlo” models, together with practical observations, to propagate and update the random set over time. The result is highly robust tracking of agile motion. Not withstanding the use of stochastic methods, the algorithm runs in near Real-Time.

Abstract: Western Jilin, being Agro-Grazing ecotones typical of ecologically vulnerable zones, tend to degrade land while disturbed. The reclamation within this area has brought about widespread and rapid environmental deterioration. The reclamation processes were reconstructed through the interpretation of Landsat TM images in 2006, 1996, 1986 and aerial Images in 1954 and 1930; the environmental impacts were analyzed by use of modified conversion matrix method and other spatial analysis methods. The results indicated that the reclamation had lead to the increasing deficiency of water resources.

Abstract: Face recognition is a significant method, which is one of the biometric recognition. A face recognition system consists of two key technologies, namely, face detection and face recognition. In order to achieve two key technologies, Haar-Like feature and AdsBoost algorithm can be used to achieve face detection module. And PCA algorithm can be used to achieve face recognition module. For achieve application more quickly and efficiently, the core of the system develops with OpenCV. And the main use is its image processing, mathematical operations, and machine learning functions.

Abstract: According the data from 1995—2008, this paper has analyzed empirically the relationship between technical investment and economic growth in Shaanxi province government. The result showed that technical investment of Shaanxi province government has greatly improved the economic growth; however, there was big gap between the whole investment scope and the specific scopes of different districts and provinces and, the technical investment take a comparative small scale on the whole finance expenditure or GDP. So, this paper pointed out some suggestions to optimize technical investment of Shaanxi government, that to improve pluralism technical investment system, help universities to enhance multi-research & exploration and enhance the establishment of the army and the people scientific and technological innovation system.

Abstract: For Laser-Based forward looking radar cruise coasting stages independently evade terrain obstacles the subject. In Terrain avoidance algorithm, the paper presented the concept of flight vector triangle. By solving forward looking radar laser terrain points in the field of view of cost function, find the most suitable place flight vector topographic points of a triangle, determining terrain avoidance navigation point, greatly simplifies the gain terrain avoidance radar field angle calculation process navigation point. The algorithm is simple and quick, timely access to bypass navigation radar field of view, providing feasibility guarantees for the missiles’self avoiding flight.
