Abstract: This document explains and demonstrates how to extract keyword from Chinese document based on weighted complex network. The characteristic and disadvantages of several common automatic keyword extraction methods are introduced firstly. Then based on the ideas of complex network, we proposed an improved automatic keyword extraction method. Using complex network, a Chinese document is first represented as a network: the node represents the term, and the edge represents the Co-Occurrence of terms. Then we calculate the integrate value of each term, the keywords are top k terms with greatest value. The experiment results show that the method is more effective and accurate in comparison with the traditional method TFIDF keyword extraction from the same document.

Abstract: The dynamics in the Bose-Einstein Condensation (BEC) process with interaction between three energy-level Bose atoms and Single-Mode active cavity field and between three Energy-Level Bose atoms in the quantum cavity is analyzed using the ordinary method for solving the wave function in the Schrödinger idea from the Heisenberg idea. A wave function has been established for the atoms under the BEC conditions in the quantum cavity, and the factors having effect on the BEC stability in the quantum cavity and the rules for selecting quantum leaps are analyzed.

Abstract: Effective transfer of knowledge is one of the key factors for the successful performance of engineering projects. In this paper, a Structural Equation Model (SEM) on the Impact factors of knowledge transfer among project participants is established. Lisrel software is used to test the model and assumptions and the factors that affect knowledge transfer are analyzed and eventually get. According to the analysis results, some suggestions for improving efficiency of knowledge transfer in engineering projects are presented also.

Abstract: By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of Per capita construction land method, Vacant land rate method and Comprehensive evaluation method, rural residential land is classified into two types by using related technologies of ArcGIS according to their condition: one is minor residential area, using the whole relocation model, and the potential is calculated by per capita construction land method and modified by farmers’ willingness; the other is central village, using the internal reconstruction model, and the potential is calculated by vacant land rate method. The sum of the two types is the total potential. And take Pingnan county for example, the realistic feasibility of the several methods used to calculate the potential of rural residential land is comparatively analyzed.

Abstract: AFH (adaptive frequency hopping) is the key technology of modern military tactics anti-interference, and channel quality evaluation is the core technology of AFH system. This paper describes the SNR estimation algorithm based on observation vector covariance matrix, and analyzes the mean and MMSE (minimum mean square error) of the SNR estimation algorithm based on autocorrelation and covariance matrix in the condition of AWGN and Rayleigh fading channels. The result shows that the SNR estimation algorithm based on covariance matrix has a smaller estimation error and more timely, which can be applied by AFH communication system.

Abstract: Trust management is a distributed access control mechanism for open, large-scale network. SPKI/SDSI and RT0 are typical trust management systems. This paper compares the different crendentials in those systems essentially, and the result shows that although RT0 crendentials are relatively simple, they are expressively eauivalent to SPKI/SDSI crendentials.

Abstract: It is not optimistic for the coal resource and its exploration, since the maintenance of coal resource is shrinking and the constraint for the development of economic society is becoming more and more obvious. It is very necessary to carry out the research on sustainable development of the coal industry. This article puts forward an index evaluation system for sustainable development of coal industry composed by three levels and 24 indexes, builds an evaluation model for it and comprehensively evaluates the level of sustainable development of the coal industry in Henan based on it.

Abstract: A congestion algorithm based on HSTCP has been studied in this paper. In order to find the way to solve the TCP Non-Friendly of HSTCP, an mechanism W-HSTCP has been use to improve the existing algorithm, and the new algorithm can been applied in High-Speed network.. The idea of WI-HSTCP is to readjust the transformation of the traditional TCP model, and the simulation of new algorithm has been performed. The simulation result indicated that the better scheduling performance has been achieved by using the new algorithm.
