Abstract: Traditional data integration approaches cannot effectively cope with the autonomous and dynamic characteristics of data sources distributed over the Internet. They also neglect the users’ individualized integration requirements. Based on the real demands of data integration over the Internet for State Grid of China, this paper proposes a Service-Oriented Data Integration (SODI) approach. The main contributions include: propose a new data service model for attach more importance on the key concerns of data aspects hidden behind the service interfaces; propose a more flexible integration approaches to support users to integrate data on their demands. The effects of this approach have been proved in the real projects.

Abstract: As we know, packet losses in wireless local area networks (WLANs) are due to collisions or link errors. In this paper, a new strategy that distinguishes the cause of packet losses in medium access control (MAC) layer is introduced. Based on the strategy, link adaptation algorithms, including the payload size adaptation algorithm and the data rate adaptation algorithm, are proposed and employed in WLANs. Simulation results show that both algorithms increase system throughput significantly.

Abstract: A method based on tree-structure for verifying a multi-threading processor is described in this paper. In this method, instructions are classified according to tree-structure, instruction stream is generated by hierarchical random and the tree-structure is pruned by feedback information of functional coverage model. Results show that this method can speed up the convergence of the coverage and supply effective functional verification for micro-engine.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a static traffic grooming method, where both wavelength layered graph and evaluation function are deployed with the objective of maximizing Quality of Service (QoS) satisfaction degree of user and minimizing comparative cost of IP over WDM optical networks, based on Steady Elimination Evolutionary Algorithm (SEEA) and gaming. Using proposed novel hybridization operation and evolutional strategy with the consideration of individual diversity in niche population, our method can eliminate the worst individual in the current niche population and generate optimized traffic grooming program. Our method has been analyzed and compared with the other traffic grooming schemes on the realistic network topologies in our simulations. Simulation results have demonstrated that our method outperforms state-of-the-art grooming schemes, which is highly feasible and effective.

Abstract: In order to overcome the influence of proning to pitch of platform, in this paper, a novel Algorithm used for preprocessing navigation data is proposed. By means of a characteristic coordinate transformation and two steps delay based on self-installed registration initialization point. Accurate flight parameters of platform are acquired for forward-looking SAR motion compensation precisely. Simulation test proves the validity and serviceability to performance.

Abstract: For the disadvantage of cell neural network (CNN) method which can not directly deal with color images, we present a new color image edge detection algorithm according to CNN model. Through robustness analysis for CNN template, a CNN theorem be carried out which can compute in the RGB color space. The experimental results show that our approach can effectively carry out edge extraction and locates accurately.

Abstract: In order to improve the search speed and accuracy of recruitment information in online recruitment of "low carbon recruitment”, this paper designed the online recruitment information retrieval system. The recruitment information retrieval system developed by J2EE platform and RIA technology. And it used for the retrieval of recruitment information and the personal circumstances of applicants for companies. Firstly, this paper described the purpose of developing this system and some related retrieval technology. Secondly, it introduced the overall design and detailed design. Finally, it provided applicants with a friendly user interface so that applicants can quickly apply for jobs and thus achieved the purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.

Abstract: Aiming at unlimited growing XML data stream and large XML document, we present PTList, mining frequent subtrees in XML using paging schema. PTList pages XML data stream, manages cross-page nodes and frequent candidate subtrees growing across page, mines frequent subtrees page-by-page, selects frequent subtree according to the page minimum support, and prunes branches based on the decaying factor. PTList mines XML data stream in the limit of the error of support, improves the memory utilization, and speeds up the mining process.

Abstract: The current satellite communication systems generally use TDMA signal multiplexing method to improve the frequency efficiency. The system described in this paper has build a signal monitoring platform of TDMA satellite communication system by using general-purpose instruments, the platform has a flexible structure, strong real-time and high levels intelligent. Instead of the traditional monitoring method which uses the communication quality of the entire channel to replace the quality of each time slot inside the channel, it can monitor the signal quality of all the satellite communication time slots inside the monitoring channels. Practice has proved that the platform improves the efficiency of spectrum testing staff; it has realized a high degree of standardization and generalization, also it has reliable and stable operation.

Abstract: Through the study on the characteristics of bearing capacity of jacked pile in soft soil, it is found that the increment of ultimate bearing capacity of the single pile is mainly determined by pile side resistance. The end resistance has little influence on the time effect of bearing capacity of pile. The relationship between ultimate bearing capacity and time can be expressed with logarithmic curve. According to penetration mechanism of jacked pile, the expansion of a series of spherical cavities in semi-infinite space is used to simulate the process of pile installation. Soil is assumed as Mohr-Coulomb material. Based on the theory of spherical cavity expansion, estimating formulas were proposed to calculate the ultimate side frictional resistance. Then the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile in different time can be obtained. Analyses show that the calculation results are close to the measured data and the error between computed and measured value is little. So it is acceptable for the formula to forecast bearing capacity of jacked piles.
