Abstract: The present study focuses on the nonlinear herding mechanism in financial markets and provides a possible explanation for the bubble phenomenon. A market model, in which the nonlinear herding mechanism plays a role, is developed. The simulation shows that the odds of occurrence and the strength of bubbles change more intensely with herding coefficient, and are much greater under the nonlinear herding pattern than under the linear type.

Abstract: For the existing lack of empirical research of relationship between social security expenditure and private consumption, this paper verified the existence of nonlinear relationship between both in China from 1952 to 2009 by applying nonlinear STR model. The conclusions demonstrate that between both is obviously negative relationship, although it is similar to most of the existing conclusions, but different in manifestation, i.e. the negative relationship presents remarkable stage characteristics and is frequently converted between linear and nonlinear. This negative relationship can be specifically divided into three stages: 1. negative nonlinear relationship from the year 1958 to 1963; 2. insignificant relationship from the year 1964 to 1978; 3. the reconverted negative nonlinear relationship from the year 1979 to 2009.The maximum elasticity of social security expenditure in the second and third order lags on consumption level amount to -0.0898 and -0.1024 respectively, and the crowding out effect is higher. These conclusions provide a realistic theoretical basis for China to develop and implement policies of social security expenditure.

Abstract: As the improvement of social awareness of environmental protection, the needs of the residents for good environment conditions have to be taken into account when decisions were made by Governments and corporations. In addition, corporations had to pay more attentions to environmental factors than economy and technology factors for Chemical Projects site selection. The tolerance of residents to chemical project was proposed in this paper, in which the definetion and the influence factors were described. And an evaluation indexes system of the tolerance of residents to the chemical project was employed, which contents four aspects of the dangerous of chemical project factors, enterprise factors, social influence factors and the residents themselves factors. Besides, the evaluation model of the tolerance of residents was established using the grey integrated method, and a example was discussed which proves the availability of this model.

Abstract: To analyze the reasons for current inflation and minimize the adverse effects caused by inflation for people’s life, based on the study of broad measure of money supply and inflation, the effect of consumer confidence index with inflation was studied. In this paper, relevant theories and knowledge were applied such as regression analysis method and economics to build the model on relationship among broad measure of money supply (M2), consumer confidence index (CCI) and the inflation through econometric software Eviews 6.0. The conclusion was drawn that there were relevance between the two compared factors and inflation. All these findings would be of use to analyze the reasons for inflation more perfect and be useful references to the research for the future.

Abstract: Many scholars have studied the influence of the single variable to the stock market. In this paper, regression analysis method and Econometrics software Eviews 6.0 are used to solve the problem. Through analyzing the inner relationship among stock trading volume, money supply, interbank lending rates, and consumer confidence index, this paper attempts to establish a multiple regression equation and eliminate the problems of multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity at the same time. The empirical analysis proves the model has certain rationality which can provide the basis for investors on stock investment.

Abstract: Combining classical economics theory of consumption, in this paper, we had taken income, industrial structure and interest rates into consideration for their impacts on consumption expenditures in China. By using Eviews 6.0 to build econometric model and conducting positive research, we could conclude that the impacts of the aforementioned three factors on consumption expenditures. The findings of this paper could assist us to clearly understand the main causes of Chinese economic development. Finally, some policies were given according to the current situation in China.

Abstract: Recently, along with the rapid growth of economy in China, the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises has been attracting much attention, and the game between enterprise and bank has become the main focus. Therefore, the analysis of financing problems and strategies has great theoretical and practical significance. This paper starts with analysis of the game conducted under different circumstances between bank and enterprise. What’s more, this paper proposes several strategies towards the problem according to actual economic condition in China, so that it can make enterprises contribute to the development of economy. This paper mainly uses qualitative analysis method and illustration of tables. The innovation of this paper is the specific analysis of the game process between bank and enterprise.

Abstract: In this paper, we investigate the integration of the Hölder-Nikolskii classes in the randomized and quantum computation model. We develop randomized and quantum algorithms for integration of functions from this class and analyze their convergence rates. Comparing our result with the convergence rates in the deterministic setting, we see that quantum computing can reach an exponential speedup over deterministic classical computation and a quadratic speedup over randomized classical computation.

Abstract: As the two important factors of promoting regional economic and social development, there is a certain relationship between regional information and the human capital level. This paper, using the year about 2008 section data of 31 provinces and municipalities of China constructing "pseudo time series", adopting granger causality test model makes an empirical analysis of its. The results show that: the informatization level and the human capital development degree all over China has strong regional imbalance; the regional degree human capital development is more diversity; both of the imbalance put up the trend of showing common, namely being blessed with the consistency of development degree; All over China's human capital in the process of the regional informatization development plays an important role.

Abstract: The management of intangible cultural heritage as tourism resources has drawn more and more concerns recently. Therefore, it is an important project to construct a management system for the tourism resources of intangible cultural heritage under the instruction of sustainable development theory, system theory, and opportunity cost theory on the need of its inheritance. Generally speaking, this project involves two aspects: the management of its development and utilization calls for a series of rational development methods, such as government guidance, reasonable programming, tourism-oriented development, and life field restoration; whereas the management of its protection and inheritance requires some multidimensional security measures, including system security, education guarantee, non-governmental protection and digital management etc.. The construction of such a management system will function as standard and enlightenment to the management of intangible cultural heritage as tourism resources.
