Research on the PID-Based System of Emulsion Concentration Automatic Mixing

Abstract:

In order to detect and control the concentration of emulsion on line, the automatic mixing system which adoped ultrasonic concentration instrument is designed. The detection data is transferred to PC with RS485.Through controlling the flow of oil , the concentration of emulsion is controlled. The hardware principle and software design are described. The compare between traditional PID theory and integral separation PID theory indicates that the integral separation PID theory can efficiently improve the control effect.
