Abstract: Turbocharger production in production is the basis for organizing the production. In a decentralized organization under the condition of the expansion of the scale of production and the mode of production of the dispersion area turbocharger production characteristics. In the scale of production expands unceasingly in the situation, the relevant enterprises and personnel are involved in this organization system. For a supercharger assembly production offerred rich component source. This phenomenon has enriched the turbocharger production models and production scale is continually expanding. In the turbocharger parts quality control is respective to the production control. But the overall quality control is not one or two enterprises or machine production enterprises can complete. Quality control needs of enterprises of the serial and parallel control. The ways of organizing production and product quality control has been formed a regional product characteristics. The final part quality control is made with the production capacity of enterprises through the parts detection. Turbocharger assembly process and experiment by production enterprises. The use effect of the product by the engine manufacturing plant through practical application effect detection.

Abstract: Upwelling of deep seawater using air-lift system to the region, where sunlight reaches, can produce the ocean farm since deep seawater contains high concentration of nutrient such as nitrogen and phosphorus. The efficiency of air-lift upwelling along a 300 mm diameter vertical pipe has been studied in this paper. Using a plexiglass pipe as the upwelling-pipe, a laboratory experiment was performed in a 4.5 m deep tank to obtain the flow rate ratio of water to gas. We also performed numerical experiments using commercial CFD software FLUENT 6.3 based on conditions of experiment. Both the experiment and simulation have shown promising results that the upwelling flow rate increased as the injection air flow rate increased, and there was a good lineal relationship between them in a certain range. The value of the lifting efficiency is about 2-3. Further work will have to determine the efficiency of air-lift upwelling under real ocean conditions and the minimum power of air pump required to sustain air-lift system.

Abstract: The problem what the sustainable design of the hotel concern is how to maximize meet the requirements of the management by the means of planning and architectural design for decades to come and how to cut down the cost of operation and maintenance. On the basis of the design idea of the ecological energy saving, key space comfort in modern hotel architecture, the key element of ecological design of green hotel is discussed. Based on the planning design of a star-rated hotel in Changchun, the strategy of sustainable development, such as site selection, water resources, natural climate environment, utilization of renewable energy, indoor environmental quality, green building materials are analyzed.

This article aims to research the paper material and apply the environmental-friendly material to the adornment design. It can be applied and innovated not only in interior decoration wallpaper, but also in smallpox decoration and furniture material.

Abstract: Propeller is one of the critical parts in garbage powder mixer and affect significantly to the performance. In order to obtain a more reasonable structure, force analysis and stress analysis is carrier out for the propeller based on the actual working condition. Optimal design for the propeller is implemented by the results of stress analysis. To verify the rationality and feasibility of this mechanism, the finite element analysis for the propeller is performed by using the ANASYS software. The simulation results show that the maximum stress of the propeller is on the joint of blade and rod. The optimized propeller is satisfied with the strength requirements.

Abstract: Operational modal analysis (OMA) is an effective method to identify structural modal parameters from response signal under operational condition. Aiming at the evaluation of different time domain OMA methods in structural modal parameters identification, both numerical simulation and experimental investigation of cantilever beam have been applied to different methods, such as Sparse Time Domain (STD) method, Least Square Complex Exponential (LSCE) method and Eigensystem Realization Algorithm (ERA), etc. The comparison results indicated that ERA is the best one, LSCE method follows and STD method is worst.

Abstract: The preservation and appreciation of pension fund is the core of the whole pension system. As the cash for daily life of the retiree, the investment rate of return of pension fund has to be higher than Consumer Price Index (CPI) in order to maintain the purchase power of pension and play a security role. On the basis of Markowitz theory, the constraint of CPI was added in this paper. The weight of all assets in optimum portfolio and the minimum variance of the portfolio under current financial market were calculated by Matlab software in China. Finally, suggestions on reforming investment policies of pension fund in China were given.

Abstract: The construction of subway engineering, with its internal properties, was regarded as a high risk project. Because of the great scale, high construction speed and serious situations in current rail transit construction, it is urgent to do security risk management during the construction of it. By the analysis of security pyramid theory, Hain rules and variety-fault model, an important conclusion was got that most accidents can be fully avoided by the security risk management. Based on these theories and the conclusion, some crucial ideas on security risk management were established, which mainly includes: human is the keystone to the risk management; risk management must be run through the whole life of rail transit; risk management can not only depend on the insurance or the monitoring data; informationize has a significant effect on the risk management and should be promoted. In the end, some outstanding issues about risk management research were brought forward.

Abstract: This study focused on the treatment of phenol wastewater by supercritical water oxidation(SCWO). Tests were conducted by using a continuous-flow reactor system. Based on COD, organic destruction efficiencies of phenol wastewater were obtained at supercritical water conditions. Temperatures and pressures, respectively, ranged from 400-500°C,and 25-40Mpa. The reaction times varied from 30 to 190 seconds, and hydrogen peroxide was used as oxidant. Under SCWO conditions, destruction efficiencies greater than 99% were achieved.

Abstract: The validity and merits of the monetary policy is reflected in the level of the attainment of its ultimate goal. We build up a decision-making model of central bank and deduce the optimal money supply reaction function of considering and ignoring asset price. In order to clarify the relationship between the optimal monetary policy and asset price volatility, we simulate the macroeconomic performance of optimal reaction function of considering and ignoring asset price in a wide range of monetary policy objective. We conclude that monetary policy should respond to volatility of asset price directly.
