As the intellectual economy’s growing up, knowledge management becomes the main attraction to people gradually. Knowledge management is a kind of complicated system network, as an intensive professional knowledge service tissue---it’s profound nowadays for universities carry out knowledge management. Currently the core of knowledge management in Chinese universities is intensive knowledge management. For time is still short since knowledge management started to be carried out, so there’s no organized, completed theory about universities’ intensive knowledge management. This article mainly discusses the of college intensive knowledge management essentials, analyzes the problems existing on the whole management process and provide some strategies on it.
