The Finite Element Analysis of Cable

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper investigates the influence of metallic trays on the resistance of cables made. the paper focuses on the history of life estimation methods of P-3C aircraft, with brief descriptions of recently conducted full-scale fatigue test. A physical model of an actively controlled cable has been used to demonstrate the control effectiveness of the proposed strategy through a large campaign of experiments, conducted in various frequency ranges and amplitude levels including meaningful external resonance conditions. Analytical investigations basedon the solution of nonlinear equations of motion, derived from a modal synthesis approach with substructural formulations, show an early jump in the freauencv response curve of the main cable.
