Abstract: Comparing the crystal orientation of the structure, tensile properties, boiling water shrinkage rate between difference filament rolls in the same spinning position spun by WINGS POY system and tradition ACW POY system, it is found that there are differences in orientation degree, crystallinity, tensile strength, elongation at break, initial modulus and boiling water shrinkage rate between difference filament rolls in the same spinning position. Coefficient of variation of the experimental values of WINGS POY system is lower than traditional ACW POY system.

Abstract: The influences of solution treatment, deformation strain, and nanometric Al2O3 particulate on hardness for nanometric Al2O3 particulate reinforced Al alloy matrix Composites manufactured by casting were investigated. The result showed that both the hardness of AL matrix and the hardness of the composites increased dramatically with increasing solution temperatures. The hardness increased slightly with increasing deformation strain for the composites. The hardness of the composites is higher than the AL matrix after the same deformation and heat treatment. Microstructure observation revealed that the grain sizes of the composites increased with increasing solution temperature and decreased with more severe deformation.

Abstract: The waterborne polyester resin was synthesized by esterification between different dibasic acids and diatomic alcohols, while the self-emulsifying groups were introduced to the end of the molecular chain. The influences of the kinds and mass of reactants on the characters of waterborne polyester and polyurethanes film were researched. The results showed that with the increase of blocking agent TMA or HHPA as blocking agent to introduce self-emulsifying group, in waterborne polyester resin, the acid value and molecular weight rise obviously, Mn/Mw rises slightly, the storage stability becomes better, the glass-transition temperature and temperature at the biggest speed of losing weight both become higher. When the mass of TMA and HHPA is 6%wt of whole acids and alcohols, the polyester with appropriate acid value, molecular weight and saving stability could be prepared. The polyurethane film, made by waterborne polyester synthesized through such formula: acids: alcohols = 1, in acids, PA: IPA: AA =1:5:1.5; in alcohols, NPG: BEPG =1/2 (all mass ratio), owns good mechanical characters and stability.

Abstract: The effect of carbon nanotube on the physical and anti-ablative properties of silicone rubber was studied. Carbon nanotube was blended with addition cured silicone resin at various fillers loading levels. The tensile strength, elongation at break and ablative rate of each sample was measured.

Abstract: To improve the wear property of 00Cr13Ni4Mo hydro turbine blade stainless steel, Ni-based composite coatings were fabricated on 00Cr13Ni4Mo stainless steel by laser cladding using mixed powders of Ni60, WC and TiN. The microstructure of the coatings was characterized by XRD and SEM techniques. The wear resistance of the coatings was evaluated under dry sliding wear condition at room temperature. The results show that the coatings mainly consist of Ni-based solid solution, WC and TiN phases. The coatings exhibit excellent wear resistance due to its high hardness of WC and TiN phases. The main wear mechanisms of the coatings and the 00Cr13Ni4Mo sample are different, the former is abrasive wear and the latter is adhesive wear.

Abstract: The stress relaxation characteristic and martensitic transformation in Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloys under different deformation condition are studied by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) analysis and TEM observation. The results show that the amount of stress induced ε martensitic quickly increases when the suspending loading time below 10min (0~10min), and the increasing speed of ε martensitic gradually become slower when the suspending loading time above 10min. This is owing to the stabilization of stress induced ε martensitic. The stress relaxation ratio of Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni and Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V alloys increase with increasing the suspending loading time, and the relaxation ratio of Fe-17Mn-5Si-2Cr-2Ni-1V alloy is obviously lower than that of Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni alloy.

Abstract: This study was conducted to research on the effect of the mechanical and flame retardant properties of wood/PVC composites after being treated by three different types and contents of inorganic flame retardant (Al (OH)3, ZB and Sb2O3). The result indicated that it had an obviously descending tendency for impact flexibility with content of inorganic flame retardant increased, as for tensile strength it would increase in one appointed range and a reduction also took place around another specific range except ZB. The effect rank of the three kinds of inorganic flame retardant when they reached the hard burn level of Chinese standards (OI≥32) was Sb2O3(6%)>ZB(10%) >A1(OH)3(30%) in sequence. Synthetically taking into account mechanical and flame retardant properties, it was evidently concluded that the optimum choice of the three inorganic flame retardant for Wood/PVC composites was ZB in production.

Abstract: In this paper, the principle of magnetic abrasive machining for inner surface of the small hole is introduced. By the experiment of magnetic abrasive machining on the quenched steel inner surface of the smaller hole, some technical findings have been achieved. It is: the abrasive magnitude and the roughness of the machined part vary with the duration of grinding, magnetic induction strength and machining clearance. According to the testing data, the workable optimum parameters of magnetic abrasive machining for inner surface of the small hole is summarized, which can be used as reference in real practice.

Abstract: This study took orthogonal experimental design method to study the use of amino-silane modified microcrystalline muscovite process, and by viscosity, modified powder / PVC composite mechanical testing to characterize the effects of the modification. The results showed that: modified microcrystalline muscovite powder could improve processing rheological property of the powder / organic hybrid system remarkably, the processing rheology has a good effect of further improving filling amount of the powder in organic media, and allows powder Body / PVC composite impact strength, bending strength and tensile strength to get a certain degree of improvement.

Abstract: Calcium sulfate/hydroxyapatie (CaSO4/HA) composite bone fillers were fabricated through molding method. Their structure and properties were characterized by infrared spectroscope, scanning electronic spectroscope, x-ray diffraction and degradation test. The results show that HA crystals were attached to the CaSO4 crystals and prevented the growing of sulfate crystals. So their size is shorter than that of CaSO4 crystals prepared from pure CaSO4 semihydrate, and some even had defect. The resorption rate of CaSO4 bone fillers was decreased when HA was incorporated.
