Abstract: According to the idea of existing quantity flexibility contract , aiming at the particularity of buyers' market's timeliness product, through introducing buyback contract method, a optimization model of supply chain flexibility contract is put forward which can incent dealer and make up the deficiency of single flexibility contract. An example is given to calculate the contented factors of wholesale price and rebate proportion to take the incentive mechanism effect, and to illustrate that manufacturer and dealer share the risk in the supply chain.

Abstract: Welding characteristics of MIG welding for aluminum alloy extrusions are studied. In this article, the aluminum alloy is EN AW-6005A. The welding heat source and the welding processing of aluminum alloy extrusions are discussed. A three dimensional finite element model has been developed to dynamically simulate the welding process. The investigations focus on the comparison the welding heat resource of simulation and section of the experiments parts. And the residual stress of numerical simulation and tests are compared. It’s help to optimize the MIG welding processes and improve the welding quality for aluminum alloy extrusion.

Abstract: A new admixture increasing the density of cement-base composites and hence preventing the penetration of chloride ions is developed and investigated. The new admixture is the combination of traditional mineral admixture and steel bar inhibitor. The composition of the admixture is optimized using water absorption tests. Then the effect of the new admixture on the workability of freshly mixed cement paste as well as the pore structure and SEM analysis of hardened cement paste is experimentally investigated. The results show that the new admixture is effective to increase the density of cement-based materials.

Abstract: A new method is proposed to identify the bridge effective pre-stress from the dynamic responses induced by the vehicle moving on a simply-supported beam bridge with eccentric straight pre-stress, based on the sensitivity analysis. The bridge is modeled as Euler beam elements and the moving vehicle is modeled as a two-degree freedom system with five parameters. After calculating dynamic responses of the bridge by vehicle-bridge coupled vibration analysis, the dynamic responses sensitivity can be obtained by using the direct derivation method, and the regularization method is adopted to identify the effective pre-stress. The effects on the identified results from different responses, different measuring locations and different road surface roughness are considered in the numerical simulations. The simulation studies indicate that the proposed method can be used to identify the effective pre-stress accurately and effectively for a simply-supported PRC beam bridges.

Abstract: An information integration supporting system supporting for SMEs rapid product development is established. The architecture of the system based on web services is builded and the key technologies such as the building of information resources ontology model, the semantic retrieval and the selection method of information resource are discussed. The system supports enterprises for rapid product development and enables product development and personnel to make full use of network resources, enhance their ability to develop new products.

Abstract: Economic theories of managing resources, traditionally assume that individuals are perfectly rational and thus able to compute the optimal configuration strategy that maximizes their profits. The current paper presents an alternative approach based on bounded rationality and evolutionary mechanisms. It is assumed that network node users face a choice between two resource strategies in real networked manufacturing resources configuration problem (NMRCP). The evolution of the distribution of strategies in the population is modeled through a replicator dynamics equation. The latter captures the idea that strategies yielding above average profits are more demanded than strategies yielding below average profits, so that the first type ends up accounting for a larger part in the population. From a mathematical perspective, the combination of resource and evolutionary processes leads to complex dynamics. The paper presents the existence and stability conditions for each steady-state of the system. A main result of the paper is that under certain conditions both strategies can survive in the long-run.

Abstract: Orthogonal experiment of four factor and three level has been adopted, through the process analysis of the various factors on mechanical properties, the best process conditions of soybean stalks particleboard are chosen as: density is 0.7g/cm3, glue content is 12%, and hot pressing time distribution is 3+4 minutes, hot pressing temperature is 175°C. The Ef (the dynamic elastic modulus of NDT) of soybean stalks particleboard has been examined by flexural vibration method of FFT(Fast Fourier Transform), the regression between Ef and MOE(modulus of elasticity), MOR(modulus of rupture) is significant and existing high relevance degree, so using FFT method for NDT of composite materials is feasible.

Abstract: Glass fibers have non-flame, non-toxic, antisepsis, light volume-weight, low heat conduction factor, good chemistry stability, low water absorption coefficient and good hydrophpbic coefficient. In this paper, ultrafine glass fiber core material was produced by wet method. Performances of ultrafine glass fiber core material and VIP were introduced. The thermal conductivities of ultrafine glass fiber core material is about 0.02966 W/(m•K). Ultrafine glass fiber core material with about 92%-98% porosity ratios makes it easy to reach high vacuum degree for VIP. The thermal insulating capacity of VIP is about 10 times higher than that of conventional insulating materials. Ultrafine glass fiber core material is ideal core material for VIP.

Abstract: The output of photovoltaic (PV) array is affected by the environmental factors such as irradiation and temperature, so an effective maximum power point tracking (MPPT) method of PV array is necessary. In this paper, a modified perturb and observe (MPO) method is proposed to achieve MPPT for a PV system and to improve the shortcomings of prior methods. Comparing with a typical perturb and observe (P&O) MPPT method, the MPO efficiency is improved in transient state by the proposed MPPT as theoretical prediction.
