Abstract: Using the reverse engineering software “Imageware”, the kakou points cloud data were processed, the characteristic curve grids were divided and the curve surfaces were reconstructed in the paper. Then the reconstructed plastic model of the kakou was inputed in UG. With the help of the repair functions for UG software, the incontinuous curve surfaces were sew up, then the STL style of the kakou was saved. Using Mold Wizards of the UG, the assemble model of the mold was established, the parting surfaces were designed, the 3D models of the mold parts were acquired. With the help of Moldflow, the injection molding of the kakou was simulated and analyzed. According to the results of simulation, the structures of mold and the technology parameters were optimized .The mold design was changed digital, virtual and modern design from tradition design based on paper and experience.

Abstract: Carbon nanobelts(CNBs) with high purities (over 90%) have been successfully synthesized by catalytic decomposition of CH4 over Mo/Fe/MgO catalysts at 1173 K. The CNBs have thickness of about 8.0nm, width of about 50-200nm.with few defects and amorphous. It has been found that the addition of component Mo in catalysts plays a key role to synthesize the carbon nanobelts at high yields. The graphitic sheets increased with the increase of Mo content in catalysts.

Abstract: The development of society, progress of science, and the intense competitiveness are giving higher requirements on nowadays talents. Abstract: Based on parabolic Mohr strength criterion and the ultimate equilibrium principle, the ultimate pullout force of prestressed cable is studied. The ultimate pullout force of prestressed cable is related to the rock type, the shapes of rapture surface, grouting pressures and compressive strength of rock, etc. The results show that the grouting pressure increases, the ultimate pullout force of prestressed cable increases also. It can provide theoretical supports for some prestressed cable engineering practices.

Abstract: Gradient porous NiTi alloys were prepared by powder metallurgy method using NH4HCO3 as space-holder and modified by direct current-pulse anodic oxidation technology in low temperature. Pore characteristic and phase composition of gradient porous NiTi alloys were studied. Microstructure, composition, anti-corrosion and Ni ion release behavior of surface film were observed. The results show the porosity of porous NiTi alloys decreases from 53.2% to 42.8%, when the content of NH4HCO3 varying from uniformity to gradient distribution. The sintered gradient porous NiTi alloys composes with TiNi, Ti2Ni and TiNi3 phases. After anodic oxidation, Ti oxidation film with the thick of 240nm was formed on the gradient porous NiTi alloy. The corrosion resistance of gradient porous NiTi alloy was obviously improved and the rate of Ni release was significantly reduced.

Abstract: The roller chain drive of the machine for supplementing traditional Chinese pills has movement characteristics of gear drive and belt drive, and its movement is a little complex, so interior point penalty function method is applied in the optimum design of chain. First of all, the optimizing mathematical model is built by applying the interior point penalty function method, and the design variables, the target function and constraints are proposed, and then the optimal solution for key parameters of drive chain is obtained by the iterative, which will provide the reference and basis for the research on big drive power and the least rows number of drive chain.

Abstract: Surface modification of kaolin, which included coupling agent, calcination, acid modification and alkali activation, mechanochemical activation and intercalation etc, is reviewed. The modification mechanisms and modification methods of kaolinite are discussed. The application of kaolin in ceramics, paints, plastics and rubber etc are also analyzed. Afterwards, the prospect of future researches on modification of kaolin is taken. Surface modification of kaolin denotes use physical, chemical methods and mechanical method, which changes surface properties of kaolinite (surface functional groups, crystal structure and surface adsorption and surface electrical) to satisfy the requirements of the industrial application. Surface properties of kaolinite are controlled by the position of Si-O bonding and Al-(O, OH) groups. Any physical or chemical processing methods which may change Si-O and Al-(O, OH) bonding forms of kaolinite surface could complete the surface modification of kaolin. The surface modification of includes coupling agent, calcination, acid modification and alkali activation, mechanochemical activation, intercalation and so on.

Abstract: This article use the Sulphide Isobutene (T321), Five Sufides Dialkyl(RC2540) and Star of Phosphorus(P110) as the additives,Neopentyl Polyol Ester(NPE) and mineral oil N32 as base oil. Compound above additives and base oil for the four levels. A sample: adding 4% T321 additive in NPE. B sample: adding 4% T321 additive in N32. C sample: adding 4% RC2540 additive in NPE. D sample: adding RC2540, T321 and P110 additives in NPE (all is mass fraction). The oral acute toxicity test, eye mucous stimulation test, skin hypersensitive test, soaking tail toxicity tests were conducted in above samples. The test results show that. The mineral oil, it’s not only toxic then synthetic oil but also has a poor lubricating ability compare with the same percent additive in synthetic oil. In oral acute toxicity test, eye mucous stimulation test, skin hypersensitive test, soaking tail toxicity tests, Toxic reaction of mineral N32+4%wt Sulphide Isobutene (T321) obviously from other oil samples.
