Abstract: Remote equipment fault diagnosis is the combination of Internet technology, communications technology and machinery fault diagnosis technology. Based on real-time monitoring system and economic requirements, this article proposes remote fault diagnosis technology based on general packet radio (GPRS) network technology[1]. Based on this, and combined with remote fault diagnosis systems for high- pressure water cutter, the author described the composition and the specific implementation of each part. The system can play full advantages of the Internet to promote water cutter timely, correct diagnosis, and improve equipment utilization.

Abstract: A non-linear finite element model of inclined cables, cables with non-leveled supports, in the large displacement and deformation fields is proposed for computing the dynamic response to wind loads which blow in arbitrary direction. The temperature-dependent elastoplastic behaviors of cables were taken into account in the nonlinear finite element model. This model was used for an extensive looping factor parameter study.A parametric super element model for cable passing through multiple pulleys is presented in this study for the static analysis of structures. The proposed formulation,which accounts for longitudinal inertia forces, allows to spot the circumstances when the simplified approach, adopting longitudinal mode condensation, becomes too crude.

Abstract: Sufficient and efficient functional testing could efficiently find the defects existed in product development. However, due to the growing complexity of product, sufficient functional and performance testing is more difficult. Integrality of test objectives and correctness of test approach are essential to ensure the sufficient testing of products. This paper focused on the problem of integrality of test objectives and proposed a new functional analysis approach based on physical view to list all the functions and interrelationships between them.

Abstract: The failure of aluminum alloy stringer on the tour airplane servicing in the coastal environment of the Fiji Islands were analyzed. Through the analysis of surface topographies and failure characteristics and the consideration of service environment, the evolvement of failure process and the failure mechanisms were analyzed. Findings showed that ultraviolet radiation, temperature, high-humidity and salt spray caused the aging failure of structure coating and then pitting corrosion occurred in the oxide film on aluminum alloy. With the ongoing corrosion along the grain boundary, intergranular corrosion appeared. When the intergranular corrosion continued developing to the adjacent layers, denudation occurred. The volume expansion effect of corrosion products caused the stress concentration on the tip of corroded area and resulted in the initiation of cracks.

Abstract: The edgebanding time is measured in one furniture factory made for wardrobe in Guangdong province, the BP network model has been built between operation time and length of gluing edge, cross edge, thickness of edgeband, then the data is calculated, trained and simulated by BP network tool box of Matlab R2009b.The result shows that BP network is a good method to build the correlation between factors and operation time, and the simulation accuracy is high by training of detailed data, MSE(Mean Squared Error) fulfills the target error of 0.001 when the net training get 1470 cycles, and the maximum error of output is less than 0.3 second, the relative error was less than 5%, the actual requirement of practice can be fulfilled.

Abstract: This paper designs the switch adjustable constant current source based on the current mode PWM control chip UC3846, the power reach to 8kw, current 0~15A continuously adjustable. It uses the I2 control method to ensure the accuracy of the output current stability and improve the dynamic performance and response speed of the system. Feedback signals achieve in external circuit of the chip UC3846, they independent to each other to ensure the accuracy of the control signal. The model of UC3846 and the power supply were built by using Matlab Simulink separately. After building those models, the circuit was simulated by using Simulink, and its simulation results reflected the output of power supply truthfully which played a good guide for the circuit design and experiment, to avoid detours and reduce risk.

Abstract: To improve the working reliability of the high-speed gears of full mounted converter tilting device and to avoid resonance during working, the dynamics modeling of the high-speed gears is concerned. The three-dimensional model of the high-speed gears is established by using Pro/E, and the vibration modal analysis under definition contact and not definition contact are processed by using Ansys. The natural frequency and natural vibration mode of lower order vibration are obtained by the analysis, and it can be found that there has essential difference between definition contact and not definition contact. This study can provide theory basis for the normal operation of the tilting device.

Abstract: A measurement method for the pose and position parameters of a roadheader is presented in this paper. The coordinates relationship between tunnel benchmark and roadheader body is established. Discrete model of intelligent walking of roadheaders is constructed. This paper also presents that the first condition of profiling cut for a roadheader is precise control of the parameters,meaning intelligent walking. Also the control method for the pose parameters of roadheader rectification is discussed, and the intelligent walking can provide parameters for the intelligent cutting, calculation shows that the measurement method is acceptable and the error of the pose and position is controllable.

Abstract: Based on characteristics of AMESim software and structural characteristics of aviation piston pump, the model of a rational aviation piston pump was constructed after simplified. In this issue, the equations of motion of the piston and the process of oil suction and oil discharge for a single piston are theoretically analyzed. The effects of the four kinds of leakage to the loss of flow rate and to the pulsing of the pump are emphatically analyzed. Through build the model of axial piston pump, which provides certain theoretical basis for design different kinds of model of the piston pump.

Abstract: In order to facilitate the recording, displaying and computer statistical analyzing of experimental data, digitalizing modifications were made on the testing system of a simple beam Charpy impact testing machine with an incremental rotary encoder, a Siemens CPU224 PLC and ForceControl Configuration Software. Hardware and software designs were made for the testing system. The improved system can automatically record impact absorbing energy and pendulum angle, real time display and print impact energy diagrams by computer, and it can also output the measure results in EXCEL format which is convenient for data analysis and processing.
