Abstract: The paper designs a kind of derivative welding device aimed at the side door’s repair welding platform of a model which contains the type of U-groove glass rose window, studies out the design strategies and processes of the device, according to the side door’s distributed characteristics of the repair welding points, schemes out the structure scheme to meets stiffness, strength, welding quality, welding efficiency, manufacturing cost and maintenance cost, etc, by using the method of AutoCAD designing, UG modeling and static simulation at the same time, and introduces its electric layout and working principle at last.

Abstract: Traditional continuous-time filters are of integer order which the power loss of passive power filter is general very much. However, using fractional calculus, filters may also be represented by the more general fractional-order differential equations. In this work, firstly, the passive elements were described with fractional-order differential equations depending on the introduction of fractional calculus application research. Secondly, the mathematical model of fractional-order filters was derived and discussed which includes high impedance at a certain frequency and low impedance at others, and the integer-order filters are only a tight subset of fractional-order filters that are testified. At last, the filter design idea to the fractional-order domain is developed and the better filter performance of the fractional-order passive power filter is validated by the mathematical model analysis and simulation results.

Abstract: In order to determine the anti-shock performance of marine gear, dynamic model of gear-rotor-bearing system under external load is established. On the base of Hertz contact theory, the mathematical model of maximum stress response of the gear tooth contact area is developed and the typical shock spectrum was transferred to double peaks and triangle wave to simulate the process of base excitation. By simulating different impact pulse width and acceleration peak value, the programming result is in good agreement with Finite-Element simulation. The study considers that the bearing oil film can absorb impacting load and Information on stress response of gear contact area under external load could offer references for the design of marine gearbox to enhance the resistance to underwater shock damage.

Abstract: Based on experiments of salt corrosion, freeze-thaw cycle and co-action of salt corrosion and freeze-thaw cycle, the electrical resistivity of rubberized cement-soil in formidable natural environment were studied. Under the environment of salt corrosion and freeze-thaw alone, with the increasing of rubber powder content, the electrical resistivity rises at first and then falls down. But under co-action of salt corrosion and freeze-thaw cycle, the electrical resistivity shows descending trend. The electrical resistivity of rubberized cement-soil with No.60 sieve rubber powder is higher than that with No.30 Sieve. The results indicate that there are good linear dependence relation between the electrical resistivity and unconfined compressive strength. For rubberized cement-soil, it is feasible for using electrical resistivity to predict unconfined compressive strength.

Abstract: Through established the simulation model for the engine and the traction host powertrain of rolling impact compaction machine, Simulated the working load with time history with the simulation parameters of rolling impact compaction machine. The simulation accuracy was verified by compared between the test speed and the simulation speed. The speed, turbine torque, torque converter efficiency, torque converter, gear ratios, fuel consumption, engine power, torque are dynamic changes follow with the alternating load and slope load so as to adapt to the dynamic drag torque fluctuations. Traction host power must be equipped with a full host transmission of the internal combustion engine. Driveline should be hydraulic transmission fluid or hydraulic machinery.

Abstract: According to the performance parameters of the main structure of the jaw crusher PC5282, movement simulation of its mechanism was done to get trajectory and the stress analysis. The three-dimensional model of the movable jaw was set up. On the COSMOSWORKS platform, finite element analysis of the movable jaw was finished to reveal the distribution laws of stress, displacement and deformation. The structure optimization of the movable jaw was also done to lighten the weight. All research was to provide references for improvement design of the movable jaw.

Abstract: Taking into account the process and mechanism of lifting pressure were complex due to the condensation and shock wave, a one-dimensional theory model based on direct contact condensation is presented to analyze the lifting pressure character of steam-water two phase flow injector, and some key issues, such as inter-phase mass transfer computed by the average condensation heat transfer coefficient and phase volume fraction determined by steam plume, are discussed in detail. The regulations of discharge mass flow and output temperature are decoupling control according to the theory model, and the inlet water mass flow is to determine the output temperature, the variable throat section of steam nozzle is to determine the discharge mass flow.

Abstract: Exclusive solution can be found with the presupposition of the kinematical platform of Cartesian serial-parallel manipulator maintain the special shape, practical example carried out on the sensitivity of six input kinematical parameters to output spindle’s position and pose, different importance of input kinematical parameter of upper platform and lower platform to the configuration sensitivity of output spindle obtained, also the different effects of input parameters to the configuration of output spindle based on this type.

Abstract: With the coming forth of a batch of energy saving buildings in China, some quality issues of cracking, hollowing, dropping, disrupting of thermal insulation layers follow on the heels of it. This paper analyzes the mechanism and causes of formation on these quality issues and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for avoiding, treating or taking precaution against these issues. It is a valuable reference to treat the issues on insulation system as well as has directive meanings to install insulation system.
