Study of Water Analysis in Reservoir of Small Cities and Towns

Abstract:

In recent years, problems like pollution to water sources and shortage of water resources are becoming more and more serious in the western region, and both domestic and foreign researchers have carried out lots of research work on the water treatment technology for such micro-polluted water. The article monitors the water quality of a reservoir in Chongqing, analyzes the changes of various water quality indices and reasons of the changes, conducts laboratory beaker coagulation test on water quality of specific stages, and has field pilot test on the raw water treatment. The test results show the best dosing amount of PAC and PAM in different seasons, best agitation force, maximum uprising flow rate, sludge return flow ratio, and optimum coagulant type by comparing PAC and molysite to obtain better water quality.
