Study on Process Integration of Collaborative Commodity Design

Abstract:

As an important creative design mode, the process integration of the collaborative commodity design (CCD) activity is very necessary to be studied deeply. In this paper, the definition of the collaborative commodity design is proposed firstly based on the collaborative design style and the commercial parts applications. Then, the difference between the collaborative commodity design and the collaborative product design is compared. The process integration model of CCD is described. And the three main process integration of CCD are discussed respectively. The integration of the technology scheme restraints to the economic scheme restraints is achieved by these process integrations in the CCD process.
