Design of New Pattern Combined Temperature Sensor

Article Preview

Abstract:

In this paper, we present an idea about a new pattern combined temperature sensor that makes use of two sensors, one is platinum resistance that have good linearity and stability, the other is semiconductor resistance that have high sensitivity and fast response .We use the output of platinum resistance as measurement and calibration standard, and the output of semiconductor resistance for increment measurement, thus we got a better temperature sensor with both the advantages of platinum resistance and semiconductor resistance.
