Horn of Car Sensitive Controlled System for Helping Deaf Drivers and Improving their Driving

Abstract:

This paper presents a method for helping deaf persons during the driving. Deaf persons are most vulnerable people in driving. Car accidents are always ambushing the deaf persons. Using the horn is very necessary in a safe driving but whereas the deaf person can not sense this alarm it can be dangerous for them.By this paper we introduce a voice sensitive controlled system that can be recognize the voice frequency and show a visual alarm instead of it. We have specialized this system for horn of car sound and equipped the deaf `s car by this system. The purpose of this system is recognizing the voice upon to the frequency of it. In continue we designed and introduced this system.
