Abstract: This paper studies a kind of SIRS model for epidemics. By making a C2-kind function, we use It Ô formula on the model. With the help of proof by contradiction, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the solution to the model and we also prove its boundness based on this. Furthermore, we obtain the condition of the parameters in the model to make the epidemics described by SIRS model die out. In this way, suggestions can be given to prevent this kind of epidemics from spreading.

Abstract: The operating accuracy of the tractor driver directly affects the transportation efficiency and the airport security. The research of the human reliability is an important way to measure task performance and reduce errors. The main content of the study is to analyze the reliability of the driver of the towbarless tractor in Harbin International Airport. The task network is established using the method of HTN according to the towing actions. The reliabilities of each operation are calculated with the methods such as HCR and the characteristics of human behaviour (SOR). The simulation model is run for a hundred thousand times on the platform of the discrete event simulation software QUEST, and conclusions are brought out, one of them is the reliability of the driver is 99.666%. The main causes of the human error are the qualification and driving experience of the drivers and the circumstance of the airport.

Abstract: Image denoising is a very important part in image pre-processing. Due to the problem, which the edge details in the denoised image easily lost with the increase of the template-window size, the image blurring is increased. This paper presents comprehensive analysis on the advantages and disadvantages of existing algorithms and proposes a new algorithm which is called as adaptive median filter algorithm. This algorithm combines the selected mask filter algorithm and median filtering algorithm together. Experimental results show that the algorithm can speed up and the image blurring can be reduced. It also gets a satisfactory effect on the high-density noise image.

Abstract: This paper focuses on the modeling problem for networked control systems subject to packet disordering. Both network-induced delay and packet loss are taken into consideration. In constructing the model, we first present the novel model for single input and single output (SISO) networked control systems based on the displacement values of packets in terms of switched systems theory, and then which can be extended to the case in multiple input and multiple output (MIMO) networked control systems with packet disordering. The merits or advantages of the modeling method proposed include describing fully the phenomenon of packet disordering, guaranteeing the newest signals to be executed and extensive applicability.

Abstract: In this paper it proposes a meaningful digital watermarking algorithm for remote sensing image based on DFT and watermarking segmentation. At First, it normalizes the host remote sensing image and determines an invariant centroid, then selects a square area around the invariant centroid for watermark embedding. Next, it generates a pseudo-random sequence as digital watermarking, and divides it into two parts. Finally it applies DFT to the selected region and embeds watermark into DFT phase and amplitude components of the selected square area of the host remote sensing image. Experiments have shown the algorithm’s characteristics of good robustness, simple calculation, easy realization, and extracting watermark without the original remote sensing image, and it has value of copyright protection for remote sensing images.

Abstract: This paper introduces the concept of data mining generally and summarizes several methods of data mining, and presents a data mining algorithm based on fuzzy neural network (FNN). Using fuzzy theory and neural network to structure and train fuzzy neural network, the algorithm overcomes the shortcomings of neural network such as complex structure, long training time and lack of understandable representation of results.

Abstract: It is very important to do some preliminary analysis and processing of the time delay signal before the time delay estimation for the target orientation of the multi-sensor network. In this paper, a virtual instrument time delay analysis system is designed, which contains: a virtual oscilloscope, a virtual spectrum analyzer, a virtual filter and a virtual time delay analyzer. By the use of this analysis system, the spectrum of the seismic target signal collected in the field is analyzed. Analysis shows the main frequency of the target signal: 13Hz, 85Hz, 170Hz, 125Hz. Distinctness of the time delay peak is proposed to describe the validation of the cross-correlation result. Based on the three main frequency components, signals were filtered by five filters and analyzed separately. Results were shown in figures of time delay vs. time, distinctness vs. time. Each curve in a figure corresponds to a certain number of points of cross correlation. According to the results, the frequency component from 8Hz to 30Hz is much more suitable for practical use. The regular pattern of the time delay curve is consistent with the target motion. Application reveals that the system is helpful in the research of time delay estimation.

Secondly, it introduces the basic design principle of electronic gases. Finally, it studies the functions of the system design and realization of the key technology.
