Abstract: Our country generally has voluntarily buys custom of the room, but house price actually non- each individual people all can bear its amount, therefore all relies on the mortgage loan which the financial organ provides. However the financial organ after the loaning out fund, will be able to face the loan person in also the funds behavior irregularity, will break a contract the situation influence to be biggest, further inquired into its influence factor has its necessity. Breaks a contract influence factor the situation to be possible to differentiate for the interest rate with the non- interest rate two aspects, tended to by the recent years market rate undulation relaxes the tendency to look, analysis the non- interest rate influence factor appeared is important. This research directly embarks from the loan characteristic, the analysis contains the loan amount, the loan interest rate, period of payments and so on three variables to break a contract influence the situation, and returns (Logistic Regression , LR) the model makes the real diagnosis analysis, the real diagnosis result also demonstrated the non- interest rate influence factor reveals the influence to the loan person irregular also funds behavior existence.

Abstract: The experiments were aimed at determining the effect of target position on movement time when performing a target pointing movement task. 21 subjects performed pointing movements with 72 conditions of various target position. The movement time data were collected. It was shown that the starting point position and target position greatly affect the movement time. As a result, the movement times were not explained satisfactorily by the conventional Fitts’ model. The conventional model was improved by introducing the target position factor into. Compared with the conventional Fitts’ model, the new model could describe the data better, both in term of contribution value (r2) and the standard error of the residual between the predicted value by model fit and the measured movement time.

Abstract: Retail Enterprises have to face thousands of customers with different requirements constantly. Therefore, no matter how hard retail enterprises try, service failure is inevitable at all time. When failures have occurred, service recovery is an important measure for retail enterprises to improve their relationship with customers and enhance customer satisfaction. 220 questionnaires have been done to collect data and information. Make analysis of them with structure equation modeling and find out that (1) Material recovery and customer loyalty-oriented recovery have positive effect on customer relationship, and thus have positive effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Emotion recovery and customer loyalty-oriented recovery can affect customer satisfaction directly and positively; (3) customer relationship has positive effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is correct and effective model predictive control (MPC), in reduce energy demand and cost of buildings in power network and use pricing -- a demand and charges. A virtual model, for a single floor, the article commercial buildings equipped with variable air volume (VAV) based on Energyplus cooling system. Real-time data between the realization of the switch Energyplus and Matlab into building control virtual test bed (BCVTB) as a middleware. System identification technology is to realize get zone temperature and the power function model, which is used in the MPC framework. With economic target, target function is formulated as a linear programming problem and solves the problem. In the rush hour pre-cooling effect and independent cooling unloaded from building thermal mass in supply and demand can be observed during a consecutive weekly simulation. The MPC brings the cost comparison, the control strategy and other are preprogrammed baseline.

Abstract: This paper considers the distribution of zeros and poles of plant family with parametric uncertainty. The relationship between the coefficients and the roots of a polynomial is also discussed. The computation of the distributions of spherical plant family is illustrated in this paper.

Abstract: Software architecture has emerged as an important sub-discipline of software engineering; particularly in the realm of large system development. Collaboration software applications are inherently cooperative, requiring many software applications to coordinate their efforts to produce a software system application. Integral to this effort is developing shared understanding surrounding multiple artifacts, each artifact embodying its own model, over the entire development process. This focus on model collaboration embedded within a larger process is what distinguishes collaboration research in software engineering from broader collaboration research. This article first review a list of goals for software architecture, then collaboration software application, several possible future directions for collaboration in software engineering is presented. The article concludes by noting a problem in performing research on collaborative systems.

Abstract: The 3D and 2D type maps for planar four-bar and simply RSSR linkages are constructed with illustration of their application. The criteria determining the rotatability of input or output link are developed or reviewed for both linkages. Three-dimensional type maps are then constructed by integrating the tool for numerical analysis and solid modeling software, e.g. MATLAB and PRO/E. The coordinate axes are mainly three ratios of link lengths. The types are classified based on whether the input or output link can make fully rotation. Each type map is composed of five regions representing different types. They are drag link, crank-rocker, rocker-crank, double-rocker, and unassembled. Any cross sections can be taken readily and arbitrarily from the 3D models along any plane or surfaces to get 2D type maps. The constructed type maps are also combined with curves or surfaces representing performances of transmission ratio. With type maps and related surfaces, the design process can be simplified and expedited substantially.

Abstract: The usual objective when drilling a well is to drill for the lowest overall cost. At first sight, this may seem like a requirement to drill as fast as possible, since many of the costs, such as the rig day rate, wages etc., are time dependent. However, some costs are fixed, for example the cost of the bit, and it may not always be economic to pay a very high cost for a bit that drills somewhat faster, particularly if the other costs are low.In this paper, some first 3465 feet of a reservoir lithology including four bit runs are analyzed so that factors affecting penetration rate are optimized and the lowest possible well cost is achieved. The effects of using other bit types, WOB, RPM and bit hydraulics are simulated in an attempt to determine the optimized parameters, which result in the lowest drilling cost. In this study, reducing both nozzle sizes and mud flow rate, the horse power dissipated at the bit is increased, hence reducing cost per foot of drilled interval. As it is noted, by using this simulator, 17% of the original well cost is saved, which is a considerable amount of money.

Abstract: Six-phase transmission system occupys a narrow line corridor, and it can also effectively improve power transmission density, so it gains more and more attention. A new scheme of phase comparison protection suitable for six-phase transmission lines was proposed in this paper. Because both ends of electrical quantities on six-phase transmission line are decoupled into six separate sequence components, of which opposite positive fault sequence component is independent with load current in typical six-phase transmission system, the scheme utilizes the sum of forementioned fault sequence components and same positive current sequence component and opposite negative current sequence component in proportion as the operating current in phase comparison pilot protection. The theoretical analysis and result of simulation confirm that the new scheme can correctly reflect any fault of the six-phase transmission lines, and it can overcome the disadvantages of the conventional protection under conditions of power swing, heavy load current and high transition resistances, and it can improve the sensitivity of phase comparison pilot protection and be used on six-phase transmission lines as main protection.

Abstract: By undertaking the cointegration theory with annual data over the period 1978-2008 in China, empirical studies on the relationship among power investment, electricity consumption and economic growth is carried out, and long-term equilibrium model and short-term vector error correction model are established; Granger causality test indicates that power investment is not the Granger causality of electricity consumption, while there exists bidirectional Granger causalities between electricity consumption and economic growth.
