Abstract: In this study existing studies on entrepreneurial knowledge were reviewed and their limitations were identified. Data were collected through a survey, using a convenience sample of 438 female employees of co-operative sector in Iran. Our questionnaire was containing questions about entrepreneurship barriers that collected from literature review and 40 hours interview with women entrepreneurs in co-operative sector. Research findings indicate that the seven categories of barriers are effective on entrepreneurship of female employees. Also, the results of analysis of variance showed that the effectiveness of the seven categories of barriers to entrepreneurship of female employees is different. So, the use of AHP techniques to determine the significance of each of the barriers showed that infrastructure barriers have the maximum impact and cultural barriers have minimal impact on female employee’s tendency toward entrepreneurship activities.

Abstract: In the mixed-production context of make-to-stock (MTS) and make-to-order (MTO), the manufacturing system becomes more complex for comprehensive balance of multiple objectives, including resource utilization, work in process (WIP), on-time delivery and throughput. To deal with this complexity, a dynamic production plannning and control (PPC) model with the hybrid of workload control (WLC) and theory of constraint (TOC) is presented. While the proposed three-tiered hierarchy construction model is relatively similar to WLC model, but the way in which the workloads are controled has changed dramatically. The order acceptance deals with issues of order review and delivery setting in order to balance the overall resource capacity and requirements that is necessary for on-time delivery. The order release deals with issues of release mechanisms and rules in order to control the flow of work to the production floor that is necessary for WIP and resource utilization. And the scheduling deals with issues of bottleneck identicification and task sequencing in order to protect the bottleneck capacity that is necessary for throughput.

Abstract: With more number of aged people being diagnosed for Alzheimer’s disease and prevention being the only remedy, the proposed idea helps in continuous monitoring through wireless technology. The Tracking, Monitoring and tele-Diagnosing (TMD) secure system utilises Bluetooth wireless technology. Here the movement pattern of the patient is tracked with the help of Bluetooth enabled handheld device carried by the patient and Bluetooth APs located in each room. This pattern is stored in the data base. To protect the privacy of the patient the collected information is secured through geo-encryption technique before sending via open wireless channel (internet). The remote medical practitioner is able to diagnose whether the target patient is developing Alzheimer’s disease from the received information. Thus, our proposed system provides secured remote diagnosis of the disease in senior people.

Abstract: The decision of bidding risk in International Engineering project faces many risk factors. It is of significance to identify precisely the assessment of the risk correctly. A concise and practical method of assessing the tender decision risk is presented in this paper based on the principle of AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. We take Inner Mongolia Power Company Limited H 2 × 600MW project for example to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the system. Finally, considering of thermal power construction project's bidding risk characteristics, then we offer some risk control measures, which provides a more objective and applicable method for the risk management in international projects.

Abstract: In view of existing situation that large collections of music data are shared by numerous users in Peer-to-Peer network, people raise higher demands for content-based music information retrieval. For more efficient searching, this paper mainly involves the following three points: Firstly, filter out the repeating patterns in original piece of music and extract the key information, which can reduce the space occupied by index structure. Secondly, we propose a music index structure based on ordered orthogonal list to store music features in a nested sparse matrix. Finally, a related search table is proposed according to user’s search history to store the global connectivity of the network. Experimental results show that the proposed model can reduce the traffic cost and average response time effectively and have high retrieval accuracy.

Abstract: Gear box is one of the most important parts of vehicle transmission. Its fault influences the mobility of vehicle. In all the gear faults tooth-broken have the most serious harm. In this paper fault simulation test was taken on armored vehicle, and the vibration signals of gear box were measured. A signal analysis and fault diagnosis system was developed based on wireless web to analyze the signals in time domain and frequency domain. In this way a type of remote diagnosis is realized to diagnosing gear fault.

Abstract: A third-order circuit system with nonlinear negative capacitance is studied. The dynamical equation and state equation of the system are established. By the phase portraits, the motions of the system are studied under the definite parameters. And by bifurcation diagram, the route from periodic motion to chaos is studied under the presented system parameters. Two controllers are constructed to control the chaos of a third-order circuit system with nonlinear negative capacitance. One controller is nonlinear and the other is linear. The phase plane portraits and bifurcation diagram of the controlled system are obtained. The effect of the nonlinear controller is better than the linear one. The threshold values of the control values of the two control method are obtained. The advantages of the two controlled methods are that the collect of the control signals are simple and can put on any time and the chaotic system can be asymptotically stabilized to equilibriums with small control. The orbits of the system can be controlled by these two methods according to our target.

Abstract: Based on the combined programming for VB, Excel and MATLAB, the paper makes research on short-circuit current of marine AC power system. This method can not only draw precise calculations, but also has the function of making short-circuit current time curve. And it opens up a new way to study the short-circuit current.

Abstract: Transmission capacity has been defined in prior literature as an insightful metric for the transmission capability of the wireless networks. In general, it is hard to derive the analytical results for the transmission capacity without employing asymptotic analysis or bounding techniques. In this paper, we study the transmission capacity for overlaid wireless ad hoc networks by using computer simulation for the non-asymptotic case. We consider the scenario where a primary network (PR) and a secondary (SR) network coexist in the same geographic region and share the same spectrum, while the PR network has a higher priority to access the spectrum and the SR network limits its interference to the PR network by controlling its transmission intensity. We first present a simulation algorithm, then show that the simulation results conforms well to some known analytical results. We proved that with a small increment of the outage probability for the PR network, the sum transmission capacity of the overlaid network has a great gain over that of a single network. And with power control, the sum transmission capacity of the overlaid network will be improved compared to that without power control.

Abstract: A new system model for objective speech quality evaluation based on the improved recurrent generalized congruence neural network (RGCNN/OSQE) is proposed. The performance of the RGCNN model is compared with the most commonly used RBFNN (radial basis function neural network) model in objective speech quality evaluation. Comparison results show that the RGCNN model has higher correlation coefficient, less deviation, and saves about half training time, i.e., the RGCNN model has obvious advantages over the RBFNN model. Therefore, the novel RGCNN model for objective speech quality evaluation is feasible and effective.
