Abstract: To solve the hot rolling batch planning problem in production scheduling of iron and steel enterprises, a hot rolling batch planning model is formulated based on multiple travelling salesmen problem(MTSP) model. The objective is to minimize the total limit penalty value of adjacent stripped steels in width, thickness and hardness. The main constraints include jumps in width, thickness and hardness between adjacent stripped steels, which are essential for steel production process. An improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model. A simulation example shows the reasonability of the model and validity of the algorithm.

Abstract: Collaborative design is a new method that grows up with the development of the computer technology, network technology, database technology and artificial intelligence technology in recent years. According to the practical requirements of the collaborative design, key points of architecture, version management and electronic countersignature of collaborative design is studied. Besides, based on the theoretical study, a prototype system of electronic document management oriented collaborative design is developed. The operated results of the system verify the correctness of theoretical research and technical feasibility.

Abstract: By analyzing exciting course of hydraulic cylinder exciting system controlled by wave-exciter, the pressure fluctuation law of hydraulic cylinder in exciting process has been gained, and the law presents a cyclical variation. The pressure fluctuation frequency is independently controlled by excitation frequency of wave exciter. And mathematic model of hydraulic cylinder exciting system controlled by wave-exciter, which contains three control parameters, has been built.

Abstract: The evaluation result of geo-hazard susceptibility is an important basis for its prevention planning. Relying on survey result of the geo-hazard detailed research project in Huangling County ,choose slope gradient, slope height, Stratum structure, groundwater, integral extent of rock and soil, rigidity extent of rock and soil, maximum rainfall, maximum rainfall intensity, vegetation coverage, impact of human activities as the geo-hazard susceptibility evaluation factors. The susceptibility evaluation zoning of geo-hazards in Huangling County is performed using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The evaluation result is divided into three degrees.Study area is divided into high-prone, middle- prone and low –prone. Geo-hazard high-prone areas is mainly distributed in Juhe River valley and Koujia River valley where have loess slope or slope in alternating layers of thin layered semi-hard hard rock and middle layered hard rock,and widely disturbance to geological environment from the construction of city, town, road , railway and so on.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to focus on the influence of ED (Exposure duration) on cognition for processing clothing colors. In present study, “gorgeous” and “plain” as words for description of color emotion were used, and samples of clothing color with 10 hues and 9 levels of brightness were evaluated at three EDs (20ms, 500ms and 1000ms) by 54 subjects in the behavioural trials. The results showed different brightness could be easily perceived as different emotion, and the gorgeous emotion presented a weak-strong-weak trend as the brightness increased, whereas the plain emotion presented a reverse trend. Although the emotions of clothing colors tended to be consistent at diverse ED, they resulted in different effects on the cognitive level, short ED evoked more “gorgeous” emotions than long ones, and the RTs (Response time) were longer in emotional evaluation at short ED than those at long ones.

Abstract: The environmental problems about destruction and pollution of water resource, destruction and occupation of land resource, and air pollution in coal mining was described. Green mining technology in terms of the solution in environmental problems caused by coal mining was introduced. The main content of green mining includes reduction of rock waste, simultaneous extraction of coal and coal-bed methane, water-preservation in mining areas, coal mining to retard surface subsidence, and underground coal gasification. Green mining harmonizing with resources and environment is the fundamental method to solve environmental problems caused by coal mining. In order to develop green mining technology, the economic evaluation of green mining and the establishment of relevant laws need to be further strengthened.

Abstract: Design of proxy multi-signature scheme that is efficient and provably secure in the standard model is suitable for applications. In this paper, we present a formal security model for proxy multi-signature schemes. We also firstly propose a concrete proxy multi-signature scheme based on Waters signature scheme in the standard model. The proposed scheme is proved secure under the computational Diffie-Hellman assumption.

Abstract: The index system of tour guides’compensation isn’t reasonable and lack of motivating to tour guides now. The study aims to construct reasonable index system of tour guide’s compensation and analyse motivation effect of every index. According to the data from investigated 188 full-time tour guides, the index system of tour guides’compensation is constructed by using factor analysis firstly, then the motivation effect of indexes of tour guides’compensation is analysed by using multiple linear regression.The study found that reasonable index system of tour guides’compensation is composed of 5 first-grade indexes which include Variable Pay , Basic Pay etc. and 9 second-grade indexes which include Basic Pay, Allowance for Conducting Tour Group etc.. In 5 first-grade indexes, motivation coefficient of Variable Pay , Basic Pay, Legal Benefit and Insurance are 0.468,0.491,0.320. Additional Pay,Year-end Bonus are health factors.(Abstract)

Abstract: The large modeling uncertainties and the nonlinearities associated with air manifold and fuel injection in spark ignition (SI) engines has given rise to difficulties in the task of designing an adequate controller for air-to-fuel ratio (AFR) control. Although sliding mode control approaches has been suggested, the inescapable time-delay between control action and measurement update results in chattering. This paper proposes the implementation of a nonlinear observer based control scheme incorporating the hybrid extended Kalman filter (HEKF) and the dynamic sliding mode control (DSMC). The results established upon the proposed methodology are given which demonstrate superior performance in terms of reducing the chattering magnitude.

Abstract: Wind power generation trend prediction is the important to make the plan on the development of wind power generation. Wind power generation prediction by particle swarm optimization algorithm and RBF neural network in the paper. As the connection weights between the hidden layer and output layer, the centers of radial basis function in hidden layer and the widths of radial basis function in hidden layer have a great influence on the prediction results of RBF neural network,particle swarm optimization which has a great global optimization ability is used to optimize the three parameters including the connection weights between the hidden layer and output layer, the centers of radial basis function in hidden layer and the widths of radial basis function in hidden layer. It is indicated that the hybrid model of particle swarm optimization algorithm and RBF neural network has better prediction ability than BP neural network.
