Abstract: Oolitic hematite is a kind of difficult procession mineral because of the finely dissemination particle and complex mineral composition. In this paper, ore quality, technology mineralogy and mineral processing technology were studied. Three different technology was tested. Results shows (1)with the fineness of 0.076mm 95%,iron concentrate grade reach 62.74% with a recovery of 46.80% by high intensity magnetic separation-reverse floatation flow sheet. (2)61.09% iron concentrate grade and 45% recovery could be got by four times intensity magnetic separation with four times grinding and four times gravity separation.(3) according to roasting 75-90min with temperature 800°C and ore-coal ratio of 11,iron concentrate grade is 62.74% and recovery is 87% by roasting-magnetic separation flow sheet. This experimental study provide a good basis for using oolitite hematite in Hebei province.

Abstract: The situation of road traffic in China was analyzed, and the results showed that the numbers of RTD decreased year by year, but the absolute numbers are still large. The main influence factors including human factor, vehicle factor, road factor and environmental factor were analyzed, and the results showed that human factor is the most important factor. Some measures on safety management of road traffic were given with references to the advanced management experiences of developed countries.

Abstract: Main factors of affecting the ability to accept orders of garment enterprises ate working ability and competitive capacity. This paper mainly discusses three ability parameters of assemble line, and makes assessment for the working ability of the order. Simultaneously, it investigates the price composition of processing expense, and puts forward sample and practicable calculation method, which evaluates the competitive ability of enterprise. The conclusions and ways posed in this paper have practical value for trading.

Abstract: The ecological environmental protection and improvement need massive funds, and these funds mostly belong to the historical account and there’s little economic benefits. Under the condition of socialist market economy, the fund performance is not initiative and positive, unable to achieve the diversification of investment. At the same time, management time of the midium- and small-sized mining wasteland of mines is relatively short, The tax of environmental restoration for mining the mining enterprises have paid is insufficient to use in carrying on completely renovation the destroyed land. Therefore, this article analyzed the domestic non-governmental capital which invests the medium and small sized mining destroyed field based on systems dynamics, and to explore the feasibility of mining improvement as well as discuss private capital investment patterns in order to find the proper governance mode and methods.

Abstract: Thanks to a number of positive factors benefiting a favorable investment climate in the People’s Republic of China, the Russian investors keep on exporting capitals and hi-technologies to this country and creating a number of companies and businesses, including enterprises, specialized in manufacturing power and energy products. In this paper we analyzed the relevant literature and compared managerial models at Chinese enterprises with those in China managed by the Russian based on well-established theories related to adopting foreign management at the enterprises in China. In the empirical study we concentrated on certain problems emerging at the enterprises where the Russian managers have been present and involved actively in the decision-making. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a preliminary analysis through the eyes of both Russian and Chinese specialists.

Abstract: In this paper, the design of a CMOS transceiver circuits for CAN bus based on 0.5μm n-well CMOS process is presented. It has the advantages of high speed, high driving capability and strong anti-interference capability. It is mainly made up of a receiver and a transmitter which includes the input stage circuit, the middle stage circuit, the slew rate control circuit and the output stage circuit. With five cascaded inverters, the middle stage circuit can provide a high driving current and a small delay. In the slew rate control circuit, due to a variable charge or discharge current source, the slew rate of output signal could be adjusted continuously by an external resistance Rs. So it is very convenient for the chip to be applied in different modes and at different rates. The output stage circuit has the function of short-circuit protection, overvoltage and undervoltage protection. The receiver circuit is a hysteresis comparator introduced by a positive feedback to reduce the differential noise effectively, and it has a small temperature coefficient too. Hspice simulation results show that the transceiver meets the ISO-11898 standards and could operate at the rate of 1Mbit/s.

Abstract: 110kV substation’s location and supply area is the crux of the coordination planning for main and distribution network. In this paper, an approach to the coordinated planning of the main grid and distribution network is proposed, which is based on improved weighted Steiner minimum spanning tree theory. This paper will analysis the basic properties of substation firstly, make the definition of Load Weight Coefficient, then use a bound circle to delineate the optimization area. At last, make Load Weight Coefficient as weight, use improved weighted Steiner minimum spanning tree theory to determine the final location of substation. Actual examples show that, in favor of coordinated planning, this method result is obviously better than traditional model’s.

Abstract: In order to solve the different problems which are a lot of data, complicated calculation, the issue of reports of calibration records and calibration certificates slowly, difficult management in unity and soon. The design in multi-parameter on-the-spot calibration is offered in this paper. The system can mange the things met in test efficiently, such as, the dynamic pressure, static pressure, temperature, noise, vibration, static strain. Specially by using the center&sub database the problems of the on-the-spot calibration scattered and the data management concentrated are overcome, the work efficiency is improved greatly.

Abstract: In Fluent, the 3-D RNG k- ξ mathematical model is employed to compute the plug discharge, and dissolved oxygen convection and diffusion model is established to simulate the concentration distribution of dissolved oxygen with user defined scalar method. Velocity, pressure, turbulence kinetic energy, turbulence dissipation rate and dissolved oxygen concentration are computed. Then, velocity, pressure and dissolved oxygen concentration are compared with the data of physical model, and they agree with each other approximately, showing it is valid and reliable to compute the plug discharge and dissolved oxygen concentration with the coupled model. Furthermore, the characteristics of hydraulic factors including dissolved oxygen concentration are analyzed and generalized based on the computational results.
