Abstract: The fault diagnosis in power system is treated as a 0-1 integer programming problem use the switching and action information collected by SCADA system, combined with the analysis of protect. A comprehensive objective function has been established and genetic algorithms has been used to solve it. This approach has taken fully advantage of the characteristics of the power system's protection and the network topology configuration information. The optimized method is used to locate the fault as possible as fast. Rigorous theory of the method does not require the introduction of heuristic knowledge, and it can adapt to changes in network topology, and can used both in the single failure of power system and multiple failures in power system too.

Abstract: Ongoing bridge collapse in both at home and abroad, makes people pay increasingly attention to bridge health monitoring. Bridge health monitoring which based on the GPS multiple antenna technology, GPRS wireless communications technology and so on, warning systems including GPS deformation monitoring subsystem, multiple antennas and safety assessment subsystem structure, can achieve bridge deformation data automatic acquisition, processing, analysis and structural safety evaluation and Internet remote transmission, automatic alarm function. Compared with the traditional method, the system has high accuracy and good data continuity, convenient operation, less investment etc, also has good social and economic benefits and broad application prospect.

Abstract: According to the design ideas of the traditional analog voltage regulator, hysteresis control method is adopted to regulate the output voltage of aircraft variable frequency generator. Through simulation and test, it is verified that the steady and dynamic voltage performance are in according with the MIL-STD-704E voltage requirements for the generator point of regulation (POR). The digital generator controller is capable to meet the application demand of aircraft power system.

Abstract: Contourlet transform is better in direction information representation than wavelet transform which has been studied in retrieval systems and has been shown that it is superior to wavelet ones at retrieval rate. In order to improve the retrieval rate further, an anti-aliasing contourlet-S transform based texture image retrieval system was proposed. In this system, the contourlet transform was constructed by anti-aliasing non-subsampled Laplacian pyramid cascaded by critical sub-sampled directional filter banks, sub-bands energy and standard deviations in contourlet domain are cascaded to form feature vectors, and the similarity metric used here is Canberra distance. Experimental results show that contourlet-S transform based image retrieval system is superior to those of the original contourlet transform, and non-subsampled contourlet system under the same system structure with almost same dimension of feature vectors, retrieval time and memory needed; and contourlet decomposition structure parameters can make significant effects on retrieval rates, especially scale number. To improve the retrieval rate of this system, kurtosis in each sub-band coefficients can be incorporated in features at the cost of some higher dimension of feature vectors.

Abstract: To improve fuzes life-cycle safety, the safety state restoration control approach which based on wireless communication is proposed. The restoration instruction is sent by in the battlefield network. The radio transmission system is used to transmit restoration instruction; the restoration function is achieved by the combination of instruction receiving and processing module and fuzes safety and arming devices, which make fuzes change from armed state into re-safety state. The system components and its related modules are designed, and the fuzes transceiver module is debugged. Experiment has been done and the results show that the transceiver module can achieve the intended function.

Abstract: One-terminal fault location provides many advantages including its simple principle, high relative reliability, low cost and high precision. But there still be some problems in practice, such as detection of wave front, calculation of wave velocity and identification of source of reflected wave. In order to settle the problems above, decoupling methods, acquisition of traveling wave signals, calculation of wave velocity, key factors influencing precision of fault location and so on are discussed. This paper will be of importance in the research of one-terminal fault location method and further improvement of reliability and precision.

Abstract: This paper mainly focused on the life cycle cost collection of manufacturing product based on web and data organization methodology according to business requirements. The general features of manufacturing product life cycle cost were analyzed at first while cost collection objects and cost-related product features were chosen. After that, the software system was developed using .NET and C# web programming technique picking up cost data from credible websites on Internet. Then, life cycle cost data warehouse model was designed via features of cost collection object ending up with the establishment of data warehouse system acquiring cost data as data source. Basic data cleaning and data validation function was developed to meet data quality demand referring to data integrality, data authenticity and data time effectiveness. Finally, an exemplification system of family cars was set up successfully assembling 300 thousand plus records about 3500 car models in last 26 months. This system was proved to work without human manipulation over hours visiting 10 thousand web pages and collecting cost data. This proved the software was valid.

Abstract: The XCP(eXpendable Current Profiler, XCP) is a one-time use of the current profiler observation instruments which is cheap, fast access to the parameters of the water velocity profile. The signal processing is an important part of the research of XCP. The paper discusses the coding study in the signal processing technology, analysises the interference and noise of the transmission line, uses the interleaved code method for reducing errors to improve the reliability of the communication, and simulates the interleaving encoding and decoding system by the Systemview tool, demonstrates the reliability and feasibility of data transmission by using interleaved coded.

Abstract: In order to achieve the patient seeking for medical treatment, self-care at home and remote diagnosis, a kind of remote medical care system is researched, which combines with ZigBee, EDGE, Ethernet and ARM9 embedded Linux operation system. The research consists of monitor terminal nodes and home gateway nodes. The monitor terminal nodes are also ZigBee sensor nodes, which can gather every kind of information of the patient and implement artificial alarm and gate control switch etc., The monitor terminal nodes and gate nodes use 802.15.4/ZigBee wireless sensor networks. Based on the basic function of the gateway, and combining with ARM9 Linux systems, ZigBee technology and EDGE communications it supports wired and wireless information transmission. The scheme can meet the needs of the real-time, continuous, prolonged care to patients’ physiological information, it can be applied to Medical Surveillance and sports monitoring.

Abstract: How to improve the efficiency with security with the extension of lifetime of sensor nodes is the interesting area in the field of Heterogeneous Wireless Sensor Network (WSN). Key management is also an important concept of any secure communication. Expiring secure connections cause that connectivity in network decrease. For decreasing effect of compromising a node on expiring secure connections. The heterogeneity among sensor nodes help provides scalability, notable energy efficiency and security benefits. The previous protocol uses both probabilistic key pre-distribution in the lower tier of the network architecture and public key cryptography in the upper tier to distribute session keys. We proposed a protocol for key establishment which provides a high level of security and minimizes the resource consumption of the sensor devices. This provide a better suited for heterogeneous environment when applied with sensor devices. Finally our proposed protocol is better in comparison from others by applying different simulators.
