Abstract: In this paper tow methods which are Raleigh Ritz and CB used for reducing the model, the methods were applied in beam consisting of two components, each component in beam was divided in substructures, the result of these methods are compare with FEM, the errors in eigenvalue and eigenvector was obtained, these methods were reapplied in the beam with attached spring at the joint point, the errors of classical and non classical were very closed, the Raleigh-Ritz method is so closed to the FEM compare with CB in eigenvalue.

Abstract: This article is about to introduce a new balanced clustering protocol which improves cluster coverage in cluster based Wireless Sensor Network (WSNs). This protocol aims to reduce dissipated energy, increased network life time and data accuracy. Proposed algorithm divides sensing area into small parts. In every section one cluster head is selected base on LELE protocol. Simulation results show that the Balanced clustering with full coverage (BCFC) increase network lifetime, throughput and cluster coverage.

Abstract: Harmonics and unbalance in Henan power system become more and more serious while a large number of traction substations of high-speed railway are put into operation and traction power increases. In this paper, the distributions of harmonics and unbalance in Henan electric power system are studied. Firstly, three-phase fundamental and harmonic models of the whole system including railway traction substations are built, and a decoupled method of power flow is put forward. Then, the power system harmonic penetration (PSHP) software package is developed, and the power quality of two railway traction substations has been measured. At last, the distributions of harmonics and unbalance of Zhengzhou power network are calculated and compared with the measured results under different traction powers. Some rules of the distributions have been summarized and some advices have been put forward.

Abstract: Fingerprint recognition plays an important role in identification of organism characters. Automatic fingerprint identification system(AFIS)is a technology based on computer or microprocessor with advantages of convenience and high efficiency. The extraction and matching of fingerprint minutiae is a necessary step in automatic fingerprint recognition system. A set of algorithms for minutiae extraction and minutiae matching of fingerprint image are proposed in this paper based on the analysis of the inherent minutiae of fingerprint.

Abstract: Speed of transfer alignment affects the ability of rapid response of the weapons equipped on the ship or the plane, so rapid transfer alignment has been widely researched for the last two decades. The “velocity plus attitude” matching rapid transfer alignment algorithm which is presented by the American scientist Kain, who started the times of rapid transfer alignment, then lots of researches have been done based on Kain’s work, every one has its own advantages, and of course disadvantages. Three rapid transfer alignment algorithms called “velocity plus attitude”, “velocity plus rate” and “attitude plus rate” matching rapid transfer alignment, have been compared from the aspect of accuracy and speed in this paper, while the flexure of the vehicle and the lever arm errors occurred respectively. Simulations have been done for the comparison of these three rapid transfer alignment algorithms, results show that while there is no flexure nor lever arm error, the three methods perform the same in accuracy and speed, the “velocity plus attitude” is a little slower than the other two methods in the estimation of the misalignment, the flexure influence the “velocity plus rate” and “attitude plus rate” matching methods much more than the “velocity plus attitude” method, but the latter greatly affected by the lever arm error. The results of this paper can help engineers to chose better rapid transfer alignment algorithm in their work.

Abstract: In this paper, the characteristics of the two software ANSYS and FLAC are analyzed. Using the powerful preprocessing capabilities of ANSYS, the earth dam is analyzed by finite element method. And then, the analysis model by the FISH language is imported into FLAC, with the constitutive model and the completed finite element model, the model analysis and processing are studied. Practical project is dam seepage and stability analysis to verify the reliability of the method.

Abstract: For the low efficiency and high complexity of previous fingerprint matching algorithms, a fingerprint matching algorithm based on the fuzzy close-degree is proposed. It takes the turning point, bifurcation point, the number of ridge line between two points in the fingerprint image and so on as the feature of the object. The new algorithm can improve the accuracy of fingerprint matching. Finally, we point out that the performance of this new algorithm is slightly influenced by the environment factor in pratice, such as the shift and rotation of the fingerprint.

Abstract: To solve the problem of the construction of service-oriented software architecture with fault tolerant, the paper proposes SOADL-EH, a novel service-oriented software architecture description language supporting exception handling. With the capability of modeling normal SOA and the provision of software architecture elements such as exception handling services, exception handling connectors and exception handling configurations, etc., this language can separate clearly the exception handling logic from the normal business logic of the service-oriented software architecture layer, which makes up the shortage in exception handling capability of the existing Architecture description language.

Abstract: This paper discusses two-person zero-sum stochastic differential games for discrete-time systems. The controls for both players are allowed to appear in both the drift and diffusion of the state equation, the weighting matrices in payoff/cost functional are not assumed to be definite. A generalized difference Riccati equation is introduced and the relationship between solvability of the equation and the existence of the saddle point has been given. Furthermore, making use of upper and lower solutions to Riccati equation, we obtained some other results.
