Abstract: Multimedia communication networks are charac-terized with links of a lot of communication hosts or digital devices and support more class of business. IPv4 addresses are being used up, IPv6 addresses is imminent. It is a solution to the serious shortage of current IPv4 addresses that taking the existing network as the bearing network, to carry IPv6 on the edge network. In order to achieve compatibility of IPv4 to IPv6 business services, 6to4 and differentiated services are used to solve the QoS problem caused by translation of two types of address.

Abstract: According to the time and space distribution of the video sequence image motion vector and the fact that the horizontal component of the non-zero motion vector is often more than the vertical component, this paper presents a cross-diamond search algorithm for motion estimation based on projection from studying the pre-judgment zero motion vector, the starting point of search prediction, the movement type determinant, search strategy formulation and other aspects. The algorithm ensures the image quality basically unchanged. In this case, the search speed of the proposed algorithm speeds up 95-245 times than full search and 4-6 times than the fast motion estimation algorithm. The proposed algorithm has a strong real-time character and an easy hardware implementation.

Abstract: For the problem of spectrum correction in phase difference method, a weighed correction method starting from phase difference of secondary largest value is presented in this paper. By the analysis on correction error of maximum and the second largest value in phase difference method, It determines the maximum correction error and the second largest value and conducts error correction method of weighted joint calibration. In addition, it makes analysis on variance for correction result. Finally, the experimental result shows that the method can greatly improve spectral resolution than conventional phase difference method.

Abstract: Shopping online is a part of the E-commerce. The model of online shopping compared to the traditional ways has incomparable advantages, shows the strong vitality, and has been adopted by more and more consumers. Meanwhile, shopping online has a tumor—lower security, which is that this model has a high risk. Such as, the consumers worry what they bought are fake goods, the good is not in accordance with the description of the operator, their own rights may not be easily realized, etc. These problems have restricted the development of the E-commerce, and just depending on the improved network technique to solve the problem is impossible. What’s more important is to settle or improve the relative law system.

Abstract: According to the requirement of a missile’s power supply, a 150V/50Hz high-quality single-phase inverter has been developed, and the CPU is TMS320LF2407A, and the main circuit is full-bridge inverter intelligent power module (IPM), and SPWM control method has been used too. The stability and the accuracy of the output voltage of this power supply have been improved because of the use of the digital PID regulator. The results of experiments show that the power supply has the advantages of the simple-circuit, the high-quality output-waveform, the high-stability output-voltage and so on.

Abstract: This paper discusses the control problems of singular linear time-invariant delay systems with uncertainties. A new adaptive variable structure control strategy is given by Lyapunov stability theory. The invariance of sliding mode is proved in the circumstances of the external disturbance and parameter perturbation with matching conditions. Through memory and memoryless of the linear state feedback, the control strategy ensure that system reaches sliding mode in finite time and the closed-loop system is global asymptotic stable. Simulation results further show that the strategy is feasible and effective.

Abstract: In the paper, we have done substantial analyses and research to be aware of the engine testing requirements and traditional testing means. Basing on this and making use of modern technical in the field of microprocessor, sensor, electronics and software, The testing system of gasoline engine was designed based on embedded system. All kind of signal such as secondary ignition waveform, advanced ignition angle, dwell angle, engine gasoline consumption, engine power, engine rotational speed, cylinder pressure can be collected, disposed and displayed. It can also accomplish the serial communication with a PC and the testing data storage. This design included hardware structure and software system. Tests and experiments show that the system has a good precision. The tester has been applied in some practice.

Abstract: To improve the hit probability and damage probability of guided projectile, made the strapdown inertial navigation technology better application in guided projectile, based on the feature of short range and short flying time of guided projectile, a simplification model of SINS (strapdown inertial navigation system) was proposed. The optimal 3-subsample rotation vector simulation platform was founded based on the tradition method, and this system was also checked by simulation using three-channel databases from simulator testing. The results show that this system not only can satisfy the requirement of real-time and precision, but also can improve the relative error to 10-6. The influence of direction draft to the guided projectile is also reduced.

Abstract: Some of the critical and practical issues regarding the problem of condition monitoring of mobile equipment have been discussed, and an anomaly detection method without priori knowledge has been proposed. The method involves setting amplitude benchmark via spectrum amplitude in normal condition and obtaining the maximum entropy value in abnormal condition. The condition identification is achieved through estimating the amount of anomaly information in spectrum, and a measure of anomaly condition is given by the anomaly degree derived from entropy value dividing the maximum value. The sensitivity, stability and computation load of the method have been also discussed, and the method is validated on an experimental test-bed that the test bearings with different fault diameter support the motor shaft.
