Abstract: The principal objective of Oral English teaching in college is to foster students’ ability of the oral expression and social intercourse. Therefore, the improvement of oral English teaching has been an essential part of college English teaching. College English teachers should put emphasis on oral training and promoting vocabulary accumulation. A Student-centered teaching structure can stimulate expressionism of the youth students and then make oral teaching diversity. This article makes an analysis on college crisis of oral English teaching and put forward five countermeasures for improvement of oral English teaching in college. At the present, the chief problem of English teaching in China lies in mute English which trained people with good scores but low qualities. Students start learning English mostly from their middle or even primary school until they enter into college. However, even more than ten years of study turned people failed to smoothly express in English. The reason is that teachers excessively focus on skills for examination and language itself, and take no account of the training of oral ability. In view of the penetrating knowledge on language intercommunication home and abroad, oral English training has becoming a crucial and constituent part of English teaching in college.

Abstract: The use of EPON for network allocation is gradually becoming the main stream for broadband network. This technology makes full use of the features of optical network and passive optical splitter to reduce equipment costs, operation and maintenance costs for network operators and to provide faster and more stable broadband network for users. The article introduces the working principle of EPON, establishes EPON system based on OPNET technology, analyzes the current bandwidth allocation algorithm, and proposes improvement to the algorithm. Experimental emulation finds that the new algorithm can provide good QOS service and is greatly improved in the aspects of packet delay, average queue and bandwidth utilization rate.

Abstract: This paper firstly respectively introduces P2P technology and the characteristics of the wireless network technology are given, and then combines the demand between the two, and based on this, given new technology that P2P technology toward the mobile wireless communication field: the definition of mobile P2P networks, and finally introduces the characteristics of the mobile P2P networks and typical application scenario.

Abstract: With study on heterogeneous network environment and data source object, this paper has explored a variety of data in the feasibility knowledge discovery in accordance with the model. The method has been achieved on the data validation of ideas in how to effectively use the network data mining resources and the access to potentially obtain the valuable domain knowledge. The main research activities include: 1.presenting the domain knowledge mining model on the network environment. 2. Presenting a new model of the probability of topic: Topic- Author model. 3. Presenting a Blog knowledge framework with the analysis and diffusion of ideas on the theme of mining, the results shows that the field of knowledge is proposed the mining method, which is able to find a large number of valuable, potentially multi-dimensional knowledge and application of knowledge. Therefore, it can provide the users with a variety of services and support the information age, knowledge acquisition and learning.

Abstract: At present, when researches in many fields of Marxism in China have made great achievements, it highlights the importance of "returning" to research the basic features of Marxism in China. In this paper, the basic features of Marxism in China are the object of study, discussed from three aspects. First, it describes the connotations of a few basic concepts in the study of Marxism in China. It mainly includes the connotation and characteristics of “feature”, the connotation of "Marxism in China", and the definition of "basic features of Marxism in China", etc. Then it discusses the significance of researching the basic features of Marxism in China. Finally, it expands the discussion of the external basic features of Marxism in China and its role in the formation of Marxism in China.

Abstract: In this paper has studied international advertising named "The Thought for Globally Localized Implementation” strategy on the spread for the transnational corporations. It has described the definition of international advertising, international advertising, development, its important position in the international marketing and the international advertising research to illustrate the strategic importance spread. And then it has analyzed and discussed the spread to international advertising "The Thought for Globally Localized Implementation "strategies. This paper has also analyzed how the well-known multinational corporations have successfully implemented the advertising "The Thought for Globally Localized Implementation "strategies in the international market, with the communication to achieve the combination of theory and practice. Finally, with the analysis of the above theory and case, some suggestions are proposed on the international advertising communication for the enterprises in the future.

Abstract: With the popularization of multi-media and network technology, some Chinese schools are applying the high technology to the class. The author believes that the model of teaching and learning focus on the establishment of multi-media class environment and the after-school autonomous learning system. The utilization reflects the development process of the combination of modern information technology and English teaching. The modern teaching technology, which includes multi-media, network system and various teaching aids, enriched the choice of teaching resources and provided plenty of materials for teaching so as to supply more opportunities for students. The applications of information transition to class, such as multi-media and network technology are increasingly concerned and favored by teachers and students and have becoming one of the best devices for modern education. The author of this paper divide the application of multi-media and network technology to English teaching into two parts according to the experience of teaching practice and the utilization of language lab: the language class environment based on the use of multi-media and the after-school autonomous learning system based on network technology.

Abstract: The idea of socialist rule of law is becoming weak in the minds of university students due to influence of social factors, educational factors and inherent factors of the students. The cultivation of the idea of socialist rule of law among university students has concern with the implementation of the strategy of ruling the nation by law, establishment of a socialist harmonious society and overall development of students. Subject to the special identity of university students, we shall enhance rule by law in universities, improve the legal qualification of counselors, enhance education and teaching of law and thus cultivate the idea of socialist rule of law. One important task of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is to cultivate the idea of socialist rule of law among students. This is “an important decision made by the Party central committee with Mr. Hu Jintao as the General Secretary with overall consideration of the undertaking of socialist modernization guided by Marxist law theory on the basis of domestic practical experience of establishment of rule by law and world legal civilization outcomes”[1]. It is imperative to cultivate the idea of socialist rule of law among university students.

Abstract: The socialist system of civilization is the essence of the socialist system with a "gene", which has fundamentally overcome the defects of the capitalist system, economic system, political system and ideology, with the obvious advantages. We should promote the civilization of the continuous development of the socialist system among civilizations rising, continuously highlight the advantages of the socialist system and won the comparative advantages of capitalism.

Abstract: Blindness is an obstacle that is not even comprehendible for the non-blind. Many day-to-day activities may become challenging, complicated and may require much more labor for those with eye-sight problems or blindness. One of the major problems they face is understanding visual or text information which are not in the Braille form. Not every written or printed document that a blind person would like to read is available in Braille. A blind cannot read any of the handwritten documents. They feel it very difficult, while someone has to read it for them. This is the fundamental issue that we deal with, and try to solve, with a new piece of technology, which is essentially an automated text-to-audio converting pen. According to this keynote concept, any piece of text that a person would like to read/understand is converted to an audio signal. This audio signal is transmitted to the person’s ears through wireless technology such as Bluetooth. Since this technology is in the form of a pen, it is very convenient to use and is also portable. This instrument is radical and can definitely be a empowering force in a blind person’s life, and can be helpful in relieving them of their frustration of not being able to read whatever they want, thus making their life easier.
