Abstract:

The paper analyses the forming reasons and concrete harms of the inner-decaying village, and studies the ways and measures that the new village planning should take. It hopes to achieve optimization about economic benefits, social benefits, and ecology benefits in the construction of new village, though the reasonable new village planning and design to rebuild the inner-decaying village.
